I picked up this exact coin in slightly better nick for about £20 yesterday. Guess prices might have gone down.

Hello. Really nice video. I have 2 of these coins from the same year 1845. The reverses and obverses of these two look practically the same. Same thickness. The masses of the coins are around 27.7 gramm. (they are not VF) The problem is the edge inscription has different placement, direction and cinquefoil stops on the coins. First one has Decus starting above the crown on the reverse and continues further right, it has one cinquefoil stop after tutamen (thou the second stop after VIII might be simply worn out). 2. Decus starts above the letter A in GRATIA on the obverse and continues further, and it has two cinquefoil stops, one is after tutamen, another after VIII. What is the placement and direction of DECUS on your coin? Or may be you know the regulations of the placement and the direction (If there are any) of this inscription: DECUS ET TUTAMEN * ANNO REGNI VIII.
