I hope they get back to this level of fluid parkour and stealth killing. So smooth compared to Origins and Odyssey.
Hmm,I dont know...I kind of prefer the open world. Even if the combat was less fluid in regards to the assassination moves (Origins was pretty fluid though,not as much as Unity ofcourse )

Origins and odyssey are like rpgs now it doesn’t represent what ac is at its best like ac unity does
I actually enjoyed aspects of Origins and Odyssey (I love open world games and RPGs) but they're missing the heart and soul of why I loved AC games, especially Odyssey.
cmdr lostjayhawk exactly, they are missing the original feel for ac games and I still like them, but not as much as say unity or black flag etc.

Most underrated Assassins Creed game, Arno himself is underrated as well
Is not underrated at all, gameplay is awesome and now is fluid, but the story (which is one of AC strong points) lacks compared to the others, this game has no emotion and neither do Odyssey, Origins do have emotion and Syndicate at least tried
Yeah, the core gameplay is awesome, but the story is really really weak. Couldn't bring myself to finishing it twice

Konrad von Schnitzeldorf Origins with the same combat system and story but with the parkour and stealth fluidity of Unity would have been the best game in the series.
It’s underrated because of the absolute state it was in during launch I remember returning to it atleast a year after launch and every time I would finish this one mission and left it it would be like I made no progress and would have to do the same mission again like I in Groundhog Day or some shit
Ah human nature, i remember when this game launched people jump straight to the hatewagon because of its glitch without noticing how majestic the parkour and combat was. Now people worship this and mock origins and odyssey
imagine if ubi release new ac games like this after odyssey people will say oddyssey was far better..... people now a days..

I think origins is a fantastic game, but not odyssey, that game was awful.
What glitch?
Origins is a great game actually. It's got a great storyline that's actually about assassins and the gameplay is unique. Unity does do better in terms of parkour and stealth kills but I don't think origins' main focus is that. Overall they're both good and odyssey is plain awful.

In all my years of gaming. Unity was the only one I thought.. I actually feel like ninja doing this. I mean This is how I imagine ninjas would realistically do things behind the scene.
Well, Ninjas depicted in the mainstream entertainment it is. But in truth they're kind of like CIA undercover ops. Even if there are those with the parkour and stealth-killing skills, they won't have UI radars and pockets that can carry 8 bombs for 3 types each.
Imagine having a Platoon or a whole company of 100 foot soldiers with these spectacular ninja skills and parkour. . . they are gone before you even noticed what happened

@@h.a.f.s5106 no hate for Syndicate but In my opinion the story is pretty boring for an AC. And the brother, sister mechanic was interesting but I didn't like the Charakters at all.
But
London is gorgeous and the parkour is also really good.
Overall a solid AC for me personally.
@@h.a.f.s5106 plus the level system for enemies and weapons/gear was surprisingly good. Except it was a bad indicator for the next AC to be way more loot and level heavy.
You really have to commend this guy for memorizing every guards position. This is the gameplay every1 wants to see from assassin's creed

I think the main characters should’ve spoken with a French accent. I understand that the animus has the ability to translate what is happening into another language, but why give them an English accent?
@@carlosmetz2300 precisely. It was pretty jarring at first but I eventually got used to it. Funny how Ubisoft is a French company, but they hired VA's with English accents though.

Heh hearing Napoleon and the likes speaking with a posh accent wasn't too bad, what was really jarring is hearing the guards and enemies speaking with a cockney accent, but the worst thing is even if a lot of the VA are bilingual in french (with some having french as their native language) they didn't come back to do the french voice over for some reasons

@@1toosaucay yeah some jumps are exaggerated for sake of convenience, but you can't deny that it's the most elegant and efficient parkour of the all AC games. Altair's and Ezio's are the most realistic though
Nah. The story isn’t good anyways, Arno was a bland character(but not as bland as Connor) but yeah it would be one of THE best ac games

There are so many people who shittalk this game, but when you got controlling skills like this, you really cant do anything other than appreciate the complexity of the setting/environment design and the possibilities of fluid gamplay experience that this game can bring.. Good job mate👍
@Rick Alexander first off this comment I lost braincells second off can’t stand when people just bring up glitches and try to explain how that makes the whole game bad I would understand if the glitches were entirely game breaking but none of the ones in unity that I’ve seen are that bad there are thousands of games that are really good and have glitches but no one comments on those if we played on glitches alone I could say skyrim is bad because of the glitches that can happen in that game but everyone looks past those because it’s a good game well if you look past the glitches of unity it’s also a pretty good game the story isn’t the best but could be worst personally speaking Arno is one of the few characters I think could use a sequel but that’s just what I think
This game was peak AC. The fact that it still looks this good makes it all the better.
The graphics and animation should be like this by now in Assassins Creed but it took a total downfall 💯

Graphics and animation are way better now than before. You probably mean the gameplay and the mechanics itself.
@@dybiosol Animations are just not as fluid as this. See the little personable traits in Arno's jumping and kill animations, there's just no uniqueness to movements in Odyssey at least. It's a major drop off.
This reminds me of the opening scene, when you're a templar.. noticing the little things that the ancient assassin was doing behind the scenes. This scenario captivates that assassin feeling that you're seamlessly killing throughout the background. A true predator.

I always use(d) the McFarlane as well, from the beginning.... It looks good, you don't look silly with the combinations of different clothes, it's just perfect!!!
my only problem with this outfit and the other preset ones is that it doesn't show the hidden blade

this is why ac fans like unity because of gameplay like this. despite the new games being different it all comes down to what you enjoy, being a stealthy assassin or a demi god with flaming armour i just wish they didnt title the new games assassins creed because there are things that the new games need to have to be a ac game not just a tittle
I really want to make videos like this and now this new challenge without the HUD is going to be something else; but man Stealth, Swifty, and Nova the best to do it. You 3 give me that motivation to keep improving for real.

I usually spent hours making the perfect plan in every assassination sequence.
Though my actions and coordination wasn’t as fluent as his.
Great job, I really enjoyed watching this hard work accomplished as a fine skill and perhaps an art.

yo this was amazing. well done dude. I'll sub and watch more of these. my favorite AC will forever be brotherhood because it was the first to play online and I loved that shit. we didnt have leaderboards back then but Im pretty sure I was one of the first if not the first to hit max lvl 50 in the first 2 days. everyone I played against was like lvl 0-20. I was dominating lmao good times.

Based on some historical moments, Assassins wouldn't hesitate to kill their target out in the open. You sir got the realism there by going in and getting out xD idk sorry but i like to share this with ya but could be wrong tho

After many AC games, I now realize that the mob in these games are best at playing their “None of my business” game. Like, dude jumps into your house, kills 3 guys then rushes out, and the only reaction was “Oh!”, then they carry on. Sure, some runs away, but the rest? That’s it.

Phew.. Brings back memories. There's just nothing else like Assassin's Creed of old anywhere. Well, Dishonored is a bit and I haven't finished it yet. I know what I'm playing next now.
THIS IS what i call assassination not like origins and odyssey if you wanna assassin in these games you need higher lvl and a fkin animation and when you do it you get detected i miss the old and only assasssin creed games
Unity had lots of problems with graphics and bugs but one thing it did have was awesome parkour one of the best in ac franchise hope they being back this kind of fluid parkour
