For your overheating problem, you know that you don't have to turn the fan to maximum, it is enough to set the temperature to max and fan at the lowest speed, and that way you wont sweat that much. Nice driving.
Can't help noticing that your inputs are a little harsh and interrupt the flow through the corners, upsetting the balance. Maybe a little more experience or get out with someone who can give you some feedback
Chris B is also add, I was intentionally unsettling the car on some corners to initiate oversteer to neutralise the understeer. It was a heavy old wagon and not the easiest thing to pedal lol
