    Hey Pritty, My advise (you don't have to take it :)), Is to also try walking everyday. Ata kama its not 10,000 steps like people recommend, You can start with 5K Steps. And also It doesnt have to be everyday, but atleast 3 times a week. I have seen this work for people who cannot do gym. SO in addition to portion control and being active, you will see great change. and Walking its something you can do anytime.

    But girl exercising is the best way and being on the calorie deficit i started it 2 months ago and have lost 9kgs already at least i can ride my man now juu niko flexible pia

    Remove all carbs in your diet and sugar and processed foods like sausages if you are serious about weight loss. Take lots of water and do IF.

    Pritty,the best way to lose weight is through dieting and exercising, when you do both consistently you'll lose weight naturally. Start by reducing or if you can,avoiding carbohydrates and sugars then pay a trainer instead of the injections; medical weight loss tends to have long term side effects. Hopefully you don't misunderstand me ❤

      I did exactly this and I've lost 10kg in 2months I didn't not pay any trainer just using Google na niliamuka tu one day and I'm so happy for myself I hope she will achieve her goal too
