Thanks for getting this experience for us! I live in the city but am working in McHenry and have thinking about making a trip to see a movie! I saw Oppenheimer in imax so I was hoping to compare that to this!
I should note I’ve been devastated that imax navy pier shut down. So with Illinois having ZERO imax’s.. this is the next best thing.
I would definitely go to the Super EMX especially for the right movie. The popcorn options are great and you need to try the wood fire pizza. They’ll bring that and alcohol drinks to your seats. I work there and I love it there.

Hello Caroline. I loved the new Emagine Super EMX theater. It was amazing inside there. It had the largest screen ever! The chairs were very comfortable. I don’t know if have something like this in Scotland. It’s so cool and this is where I work at. Thank you Caroline for liking and commenting on my video. Take care.
How did it feel watching the movie so close up with a screen like that? Tryna get tickets for Oppenheimer but, only row C is open. Is it still an amazing sight even sitting that close? And can you see the whole screen nicely sitting up close?
I think we were in row C, I was in seat 21 towards the middle and mission impossible was great up close. It didn’t feel that close especially when you recline the seat back. I always take a light blanket to cuddle up. My favorite snacks are the pepperoni pizza, chicken tenders and cheese curds. The Buffalo chicken sliders are good too and my dad loves their movie theater popcorn. Thanks for liking and commenting! 👏🏼
@@skylertubehd-disneyonthesp6537 i'm in row C-18 through 21 this saturday to see Dune 2 did this row make you dizzy at all? in an imax in the 2nd row it was horrible. i didnt realise you could scroll down on their website for more seating.
