  • Introducing the Starlette Shawl by Yarnspirations. This was the shawl that I was working on during a live broadcast using Caron Cakes.
    The pattern is pretty straight forward and if you enjoy Corner to Corner (C2C) Concepts, you will love this shawl. This shawl isn't 100% the conventional way of C2C but is pretty close. It has a similar look but I really like this version and it grows out perfectly into a triangle shape.
    If you are needing a new shawl, you may want to consider this pattern.

    Thank you so much for this tutorial. I am very much a beginner but I wanted to make something else rather than rugs so I have tried several patterns for scarfs and shawls but then determined I am more comfortable working C2C. I was getting quite dis-heartened with my attempts. However, I came across this pattern and it's pretty and is also quite easy so I've started my shawl now. 😄

    It would be nice if you showed the finished product laid out on a flat surface. What kind of shape does it have when it is finished? From what corner to which? That corner to corner term is confusing me. Thanks.

    HI Mikey, this was a very easy pattern to follow, and I did add 8 more rows, to make a total of 70 rows. Quick question, would it be a nice finishing touch to do a row of HDC all the way around the shawl? I would love to hear your take on this. Thank you for such wonderful instructions. 🥰

    • @TheCrochetCrowd
      @TheCrochetCrowd  2 роки тому +1

      For sure... Be sure to put at least 5 hdc at the corner points of the shawl so it stays sitting flat.
