Is this a Mega 275? Did you mullet it since day 1? If so, what fork travel did you have for this bike? I have a Mega 275 and I mulleted it after a year. 😅 it shreds hard and fast but I am concerned that the frame might not handle the stresses from the modification (mullet) I made. 😂
Damn, I binned my giant trance recently because of a cracked frame. I was maybe gunna ask, do you reckon even though it felt ok to ride in a mullet, do you think that might have contributed to the crack?
@@LaurenceGrey no don't think so, everything was done to spec. Nukeproof sold the mullet kit which I bought. They have this bike in full 29 and mullet versions.
Cool best bits segment, you've hit a lot of locations for sure. :) I watched a few of your BPW runs recently to get familiar with it before a visit. Really useful 👍🏻👍🏻
He's actually been on alloy front end with that one. Carbon rear swingarm only. Worrying two year life span, although the bike might feel it did a decade! I watched all the way and a fair few adventures been had on it.
It's a sad day! RIP Mega🙏🏻 You will be missed
That's a shame dude! But at least you rode hard!!
RIP 🙏
But also yay for new bike day 😂

What a shame... what are you getting as next? Fingers crossed with your next choice!

@@taureantuttzs9169 kept standard 170 form and shock. It's allowed to be mulleted as per Nukeproof themselves. Hope yours goes well 🔥
hey ma, nice video,! would you know where to find good prices on new bearings for this frame?
@@MTB-REP I usually buy Enduro LLU/max bo bearings from places like wych bearings etc

Arrh man that sucks. If you bought it from a retailer (except Wiggle / CRC) then wouldn't they have to honour warranty as its with them?
@@SEKTAMTB mine is not from them unfortunately 😅
Hello mate. Gutted to hear about your bike. I'll buy the rear triangle of you if it's still available. Cheers

hi mate how tall are you? just wondering what I should choose between a L or XL

can I ask where is the trail your riding at time 6:30?

thanks for the like but that trail looks really fun wondering if it's in the UK?

It’s definitely not nukeproof like the name. Why buy a carbon bike if you’re always worried about it potentially breaking?

I had alloy not carbon, hence the slow crack and bulging.
@@FlyingMeta thats pretty concerning, I wouldn’t want a replacement bike from Nukeproof after experiencing that, even if they were still around
