That is so crazy 🤪 my expedition has been sitting since 2018 I had to bust out the converters they were all clogged since 18 finally did that at the beginning of summer new u joints in front shaft transfer case motor an the back door couldn't get open had no idea how I was going to get open just now watching UA-cam an there you were an I wasn't event looking for that. Do you think this will work with a 2010 Explorer that only has the electric latch? Mine was buzzing for a couple of weeks when using key fob to lock/unlock the doors. Now, it still buzzes, but the lift gate will not open.
i have a 2000 ford expedition and the hatch handle is off and i have to pull hard to turn the handle to open the hatch, do you have video how to install the spring back to the handle?

Hi I tried this, this video was leading me in the right direction until I tried to move the latch to the side as you did, mine seems to be rusted shut.. is there another solution? Should I try to wd40 it? What should I do? Could it mean theirs another problem? 1999 Ford Expedition 5.4L
The problem is my cable isn't broken and when I do manually trip the lock, it still doesn't open. I've looked everywhere on the internet and can't find a solution. My brake light is out and I can't change it until I can get hatch open.
