I love the moment after Ron saved him out of the pond in the seventh book.
Harry is so happy and emotional when they reunite and it nearly brings me to tears to read their interaction. It's such an amazing and touching scene, but most people only focus on what had happened before. But Harry himself said it.
It wasn't about Ron leaving, it was about him coming back.

Harry Potter is literally the greatest thing that has ever happened. I can't imagine my life without the lessons that it has taught me about friendship, hard work and perseverance. I can't thank J.K. Rowling enough for all that she has done. I am currently writing a Harry Potter fanfiction because I was so inspired by her writing. It's already 120 pages! You don't realize all the life lessons that Harry Potter is teaching you, when you take all the magic out of the storyline. I wish that I could go to Hogwarts everyday! After all this time, still cry like a child whenever i recall these memories. Thanks to Ms. Rowling and "Harry Potter", my childhood as a Muggle was magical.
My favourite moment was when Sirius asked Harry to stay with him. I got so mad when everything went wrong and Sirius had to run....
And Sirius' death made me cry for like a week at least.
Or when Harry had to fight Voldemort in his head in the ministey and managed to get rid of him by the help of love. This was such a big message for me...
But there are so many emotional memories connected with this series I can't put it into words not to mention its effect on my life...

Great video, just missed one of Dumbledore's best quotes "to the well organized mind death is but the next great adventure". When both my best friend's dad and my grandpa died due to cancer it was a great solace for the both of us.
