Poor work on the sound spoils the impression of the game. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora really impressed me with the sound quality and graphics, where they did a very good job on the sound. When I finished Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, I had a hard time finding another game that would give me the same amount of fun. I'm currently playing Hogwarts Legacy and I really like this game. Hogwarts Legacy, a beautiful game and what I like, they did a good job on the sound. True, there are mistakes in the sounds, but still, the sounds sound decent. He seemed so nostalgic. He and I are the same age, so I've always been jealous of his experiences. As someone who only got to see the sets in the movies, I remember getting a little emotional seeing the castle in legacy. I can only imagine as someone who, even as it was a set, can remember walking down almost identical corridors, take after take, as a kid. Must be a wild feeling.
And this is why I like Tom Felton so much the fact that after all these years he gets emotional seeing the Slytherin common room is so fantastic and I for one am glad that Tom still embraces Harry Potter like the true potterhead he is
Problem is, I think there was no right way to do it. Maybe she could've been helped, or entirely saved, maybe there was a better way, but the way I read Solomon, is he doesn't even consider there to be any help of any kind, he absolutely refuses the very notion that anything can be done, even pain relief. He's dead set in that, and nothing could change his mind. He effectively doomed both siblings to destruction, and he sees nothing wrong with it. He didn't even want to talk about it and reach an understanding. He just yeeted who lives out of the window.
Tom tearing up when they asked him if it felt like home. That's what this game does for me. And I love that Tom is such a based and badass Slytherin trying to prove we're not bad people.

Seconded for Ominis! He's a bit hissy but a good-hearted character...and we can forgive him since he's the product of like 100 generations of wizarding inbreeding. I actually find Ominis very interesting in terms of how he fits into the wider worldbuilding, since he's part of the Gaunt family, which is where Voldemort's magic powers are inherited from (since his dad was a muggle). Hogwarts Legacy only takes place 30-ish years before Voldemort is born, and it's mentioned that there were not many people left in the House of Gaunt, which could mean the Ominis is closely related to Voldemort. That's a pretty interesting idea. And also that Ominis died young, since there weren't any Gaunts apart from Marvolo and his kids by the time Voldemort was born...which is sad af. My headcanon is that Ominis didn't die, but just wandered off to be a hermit somewhere after disowning his abusive family for good, so Dumbledore just never knew about him.
Unpopular opinion but I like Imelda Reyes too. She reminds me of my gf who's constantly mocking me, being annoying to me before we got together but after I proved myself to her she's now in love with me. That sort of foe turned into girlfriend kind of story.

I really liked how the Slytherins are portrayed in this game. They are not automatically the bad guys or just bullies. They are also normal students with wishes, dreams and problems. And Sebastian motivation comes from the love for his sister, but it makes him going very far into the dark arts
It wasn’t really a big scale storyline that would ultimately lead to a big battle that takes place somewhere in hogwarts. People would’ve felt underwhelmed if a game called Hogwarts Legacy didn’t have a main story with its climax in it. Don’t get me wrong though, I like this one more than the anime dragon fight we got at the end of the main story, it’s just how this business normally works that I’m trying to explain

To be fair, I don't think Tom is living in the past. On the contrary, he seems to have embraced his HP-past and accepted it, while some of the others (Dan & Em, e.g.), imo, have tried their hardest to "run" or move on very hastily from HP. I understand that they didn't want to be type-cast into characters similar to their HP ones or to only be seen as them. But I think that's also a privilege!

The only thing that we can make of his character arc is that he was too weak willed to kill Dumbledore directly, not because of the goodness of his heart. And he was not brainwashed to believe what his parents said. He imbibed the Muggle hatred from his father and displayed it openly. He's never shown to have sympathy for Muggles or Muggle-borns, even after his "redemption". He never questions his beliefs like Dudley does. Dudley realized that there was something wrong in how they treated Harry and tried to be better to him. But Draco wasn't brainwashed. He and his family truly believed that they were purer than everyone and that Muggle borns didn't deserve to live.
Among all the cast, I would say it is Tom Felton who is most appreciative of his time in Harry Potter even until now. For this reason, I would like to see him take a more active role in the upcoming HP series. I appreciate the gesture of him as Lucius, but I would it love more for him to relive that magic once again. So I wish Tom a more prominent role with longer screen time. Preferably a Slytherin.

Tom is such a Legend, definitely my favourite child actor from the HP franchise, love all his other roles in The Flash, The borrowers, Ophelia, The forgotten battle and many more. Though Tom is well known his acting is under appreciated, he’s brilliant at his craft and is humble, I love that he’s so into the wizarding world just like as fans, it’s nice to see someone from the cast hold the franchise so dear to him. 💚

It is very endearing how much he loves the Harry Potter franchise and his association with it. Many of the other cast members tried hard to distance themselves from it and outgrow it, which I can understand since it is difficult to spend your formative years typecast in one particular role. But Tom shows that you can embrace your most famous role while also growing beyond it.
Get him to the Greek, the scene where him and Jonah Hill meet each other had me laughing up a storm, I did not like that movie otherwise. You should be able to find a clip from the movie on UA-cam.

Dan, Rupert and Emma were working full time from the age of 10-11, plus in education, then all the public appearances. It makes sense that after it was finished they did want to move on. People like Tom were essential characters but their presence in the movies wasn’t a lot in comparison.
I was tearing up when I first played Hogwarts Legacy because I felt at home... can't imagine how overwhelming and comforting it is to someone who's actually been part of the movies.

Dan is still acting for different characters. Emma has now her business and keeps fighting for her personal convictions. As for Rupert, he's living his daddy life and seems like he doesn't want to act anymore. Last but not least, I think they're good people, too. None of them got the celebrity disease.
Tom is clearly the best, even if I have something of a weak spot for Emma and Rupert no one has the same level participation on the franchise as the blonde.

He’s such a kind sweetheart, the way he didn’t want to use the curses even in a game shows how kind he is. Maybe that’s why he isn’t a Slytherin in real life. One of the Slytherin’s traits is ambition. Some (as shown in the series) might go as far as doing foul things that benefits them. Which Tom shows no sign of that Slytherin trait.

I just beat this game and the Sebastian quest lines were some of my favorite. Watching Tom play it was even more fun than experiencing it first hand in my opinion. I love how the nostalgia of the game got him emotional thinking of his childhood on set. By far my favorite game i've ever played.
Such a great guy. I met him once in Toronto when the Half Bood Prince was out in theatres. I also highly recommend his autobiography (Beyond the Wand). It really shows how far he's come.

@@kuroro9949 By the way, this is quite in the spirit of Draco! Draco himself probably didn't want to hurt anyone and didn't want to use Unforgivable curses, but he had to. So the fact that Tom said he didn't want to study them, but continued, suggests that he strongly echoes Draco.
Aw, I love it how he got teary over the common room, the "It feels like home" part. Seeing him re-live his childood and all of those emotions is quite touching

@@NorseGraphic He didn't realise that his family's ideologies were wrong about blood purity or at least there's no proof of that. The only thing that we can make of his character arc is that he was too weak willed to kill Dumbledore directly, not because of the goodness of his heart. And he was not brainwashed to believe what his parents said. He imbibed the Muggle hatred from his father and displayed it openly. He's never shown to have sympathy for Muggles or Muggle-borns, even after his "redemption". He never questions his beliefs like Dudley does. Dudley realized that there was something wrong in how they treated Harry and tried to be better to him. But Draco wasn't brainwashed. He and his family truly believed that they were purer than everyone and that Muggle borns didn't deserve to live.

I agree. I wouldn't want anyone else to play Lucius.
And not only because I would find it amusing for him to play both the father and the son.
Among all the cast, I would say it is Tom Felton who is most appreciative of his time in Harry Potter even until now.
For this reason, I would like to see him take a more active role in the upcoming HP series. I appreciate the gesture of him as Lucius, but I would it love more for him to relive that magic once again. So I wish Tom a more prominent role with longer screen time. Preferably a Slytherin.

Tom is such a Legend, definitely my favourite child actor from the HP franchise, love all his other roles in The Flash, The borrowers, Ophelia, The forgotten battle and many more. Though Tom is well known his acting is under appreciated, he’s brilliant at his craft and is humble, I love that he’s so into the wizarding world just like as fans, it’s nice to see someone from the cast hold the franchise so dear to him. 💚
Agreed. He's done so many other things after Potter, I wish more people knew about his other stuff. He deserves the world. I hope to see him in some other big project (not HP related, though)
It is very endearing how much he loves the Harry Potter franchise and his association with it. Many of the other cast members tried hard to distance themselves from it and outgrow it, which I can understand since it is difficult to spend your formative years typecast in one particular role. But Tom shows that you can embrace your most famous role while also growing beyond it.
Get him to the Greek, the scene where him and Jonah Hill meet each other had me laughing up a storm, I did not like that movie otherwise. You should be able to find a clip from the movie on UA-cam.
@@ComedyLoverGirlI think it was more so apparent for the main trio cos of how much time went into it and how famous they became. Dan, Rupert and Emma were working full time from the age of 10-11, plus in education, then all the public appearances. It makes sense that after it was finished they did want to move on. People like Tom were essential characters but their presence in the movies wasn’t a lot in comparison.

I was tearing up when I first played Hogwarts Legacy because I felt at home... can't imagine how overwhelming and comforting it is to someone who's actually been part of the movies.
Tom Felton is such an amazing contribution to this universe. He is always making appearances at universal, promo events for the game, even doing this is so amazing to watch as someone who grew up on the movies and books. He is my favorite of all members of the franchise. Where are Dan, Rupert, and Emma?
Dan is still acting for different characters. Emma has now her business and keeps fighting for her personal convictions. As for Rupert, he's living his daddy life and seems like he doesn't want to act anymore.
Last but not least, I think they're good people, too. None of them got the celebrity disease.

Voldemort was very clearly willing to kill and uses the killing curse. In that very dire moment, Harry uses expeliarmus.
In more than one scene, Harry did this. There are always other ways.

He’s such a kind sweetheart, the way he didn’t want to use the curses even in a game shows how kind he is. Maybe that’s why he isn’t a Slytherin in real life. One of the Slytherin’s traits is ambition. Some (as shown in the series) might go as far as doing foul things that benefits them. Which Tom shows no sign of that Slytherin trait.

I just beat this game and the Sebastian quest lines were some of my favorite. Watching Tom play it was even more fun than experiencing it first hand in my opinion. I love how the nostalgia of the game got him emotional thinking of his childhood on set. By far my favorite game i've ever played.

Such a great guy. I met him once in Toronto when the Half Bood Prince was out in theatres. I also highly recommend his autobiography (Beyond the Wand). It really shows how far he's come.

If any original cast members would be happy to appear in the new series, Tom Felton would be the one. Even if there isn't a role he could play, he could perhaps make occasional appearances in episodes in a tertiary role just to give a knowing wink to the original fans.
