Very sorry to hear about the copyright strike Nick. Yngwie has always been one of my favorites. Very disappointing that has happened. Fortunately for all of us there are so many incredible players to draw influence from. We don't want or need that type of behavior from an artist. Thanks as always for what you do🤘
Great lesson, Wolf is one of my favorite guitar players. Any chance you can do a lesson for a Jimi Bell song from when he was in MVP from the album The Altar. The song is "Crucified"
Nice idea. Others from 1985 Mystery of Illusion by Chastain, Theatre of Pain, Thunder in the East, Invasion of Your Privacy, Sacred Heart by Dio, Run for cover by Gary Moore and Disturbing the Peace by Alcatrazz (Vai, not Yngwie 😅)
You probably already know what I will say…Under Lock and Key is the greatest of 1985. George Lynch at his finest. The guitar sound on this album is amazing. Close second is Ratt’s Invasion of Your Privacy. Those two albums, along with Van Halen II, are the three albums at the apex for me when it comes to guitar tone 🎸👌🏼☝🏼
Man, that sounded like a Real tube app,Was that that fractal thing or whatever it's called? Anyways it sounded pretty close to the albums tone, I've been wanting to get some new sure. What to get though, if you buy a good Tube Amp, then you gotta buy all them different pedals and all that c*** I'm sick of messing with all. It's hitting miss with the Pedals too
another lesson by a great player, thanks for sharing Nick a great classic song by Accept
Thanks, my pleasure!
Great idea on the plan / love those releases 🙌

Yeah man. what a great record.
No doubt!
Kickass playing brother 👊

Hi Nick, Kix had a 1985 Album "Midnite Dynamite". A riff lesson for the song "Scarlet Fever" would be great.
Thanks!
