They just need to nerf the heal on his passive, its better than franco’s which is insane. The movement speed buff is ok but nerfing it a little is understandable but he kinda needs it because other meta junglers like nolan, joy have high mobility.
I think one thing I noticed is he's jungling is way too fast cause he's in hidden mode when attacking creeps. they can make it, if he attacks a creep he enters discovered mode. It will be kinda like Natalia. A early bust on the creep and then jungles like official server
They should make his passive like Masha's ult it will be cancelled in combat even with minions. That'd lower his jungling speed somewhat. I like this revamp as a roamer/exp laner. I can jump him with cc with no fear of silence, with a few adjustments this can be a fair revamp.

Hi Elgin. I feel that the skill cap is getting progressively removed. The change on turles/lord and red buff position recently. It was what separates experienced from new jungler, but now it's gone. The rise of easy to use yet OP heroes (Balmond, revamped Tigreal, the upcoming revamped Hayabusa and Yss). It feels they want to make the game more accessible to new players by letting aside experienced players. It reminds me of sbmm on FPS. And the aim assist for controllers vs mouse and keyboard users. Tbh, ifeel like tank build can be effective here, just one dhs and everything is tank items. Basically just go in and poke with cc and immediately leave and wait for passive again, making him also good at securing objectives. Plus, oracle could probably benefit him greatly now.
Just remove the regen on Stealth Mode, I think that would make him somewhat balanced. He already has additional movement speed so it wouldn't hurt to go back to base to heal and he can jungle fast too so that can help him with gaining his HP back.
Discovered state shouldnt allow helcurt to sense the people inside the bush or the range should be shortened to just a few metres from him. Also his hidden state should take 1 or 2 more second to activate. The heal from his passive should have an upper limit of around 60-70% of max health. Only if helcurt's health is above 60-70% should he be able to get bonus movement speed. His current kit is just unfair and ridiculous. He got everything going on for him with little to no drawbacks/ restriction. With his current self, I can forsee moonton reducing dmg from his 2nd skill cus he is too "dominant" but that isnt his problem at all, he got the "all-in-one" kit that every heroes desire. A free bush checking passive, a free heal that can get u to full very fast, free movement speed bonus, free attk speed bonus and cc for ganking, free cd reduction of his skills, free immediate burst dmg from his 2nd skill, free from mana restriction, everything is ducking free for this roach. This is the same situation as the initial ling climbing walls with basic attk invulnerability and nolan getting away after spamming skills with his free purify. He needs a restriction. Now don't go saying that needing to be invisible from minimap is a proper restricition. Even in the video we can literally see him going in-n-out his hidden state during team fights literally. Maybe around 1:23. Anyways Thank you for coming to my stupid rant. :)

Top of my head, the HP regen seems OP since he won't have a reason to go back to base, the devs might either remove it completely once they release it in the official server OR they might change it to regen for a couple of seconds upon getting a kill. Put the cc effect on his passive instead of his blink skill (can be triggered in many ways), and faster cast animation for the stinger. That's what he needs. That new passive is TOO MUCH !!!

imo the healing passive is nice, but speed AND stingers? I like to play helcurt but if you give me everything it will feel unfair. Getting max stingers isnt so hard and moving is never really an issue. Removing the need to recall is the only thing that should be kept.
Double the time it takes for his 2nd skill stack to regen, cut the out of combat Hp regen to about 1/3rd, and double his passive CD (the fog) and he should be balanced IMO

Most of the time its for balanced reasons, mana is required so heroes that have high damage (such as mm and mages) have to think about their mana to see if they can still fight or retreat to base

Lowering a bit of that movement spike! He's fvkin flash RN (it should be a chase style movement TOWARDS THE ENEMIES it will compliment the shroud after kill and requiring proper timing for timeout mechanic.) *HE SHOULD BE FORCED TO BALANCE COOLDOWN and DAMAGE or else having everything all at once gives the OP vibe. 6. The only problem I have with the new helcurt is probably the passive regen. I get moonton is trying to make helcurt more involved during battles, not just using ult+skill 2 and running away. But Helcurt players out there might argue that's the best part, just doing a hit and run. And lets be real 4 added benefits to it is just unnecessary. The revamp itself isn't bad though, you just can't have a perfect there will always be some disagreements. If the revamp does go through, good games to you Helcurt players and I will have a very bad time.
I feel like helcurt's heal should have a cool down after activation like 1 min cool down and then is should only heal 50 percent of what was loss. since he can just get lifesteal and spell vamp items
passive hp regen is unnecessary his s1 need a nerf to prevent multiple blink gank. if his s1 hit enemy heroes, no fast cd reduction on his s1 till s1 original cd is done (this to prevent another gank after retreat. no retreat - stealth - attack - repeat, or any idea of hybrid hc) if kill/assist an enemy hero, reduce s1 cd by 50%. active only once per s1 cast. (prevent kill more than 1 enemy hero = further the s1 cd)
They're gonna nerf him for sure. The removal of his mana and automatic stack up of his stingers are actually enough for his revamp. I think some of his passive will get removed like the invisibility after killing an enemy and the fast cooldown of his skills and maybe they're gonna nerf his heal too and make it the same like Franco

The only problem I have with the new helcurt is probably the passive regen. I get moonton is trying to make helcurt more involved during battles, not just using ult+skill 2 and running away. But Helcurt players out there might argue that's the best part, just doing a hit and run. And lets be real 4 added benefits to it is just unnecessary. The revamp itself isn't bad though, you just can't have a perfect there will always be some disagreements. If the revamp does go through, good games to you Helcurt players and I will have a very bad time.
i think they should put the new passive of him on his ult to make it more fair

I feel like helcurt's heal should have a cool down after activation like 1 min cool down and then is should only heal 50 percent of what was loss. since he can just get lifesteal and spell vamp items
as a helcurt user with no loss, i can say im a pro helcurt user

his s1 need a nerf to prevent multiple blink gank.
if his s1 hit enemy heroes, no fast cd reduction on his s1 till s1 original cd is done (this to prevent another gank after retreat. no retreat - stealth - attack - repeat, or any idea of hybrid hc)
if kill/assist an enemy hero, reduce s1 cd by 50%. active only once per s1 cast. (prevent kill more than 1 enemy hero = further the s1 cd)

They're gonna nerf him for sure. The removal of his mana and automatic stack up of his stingers are actually enough for his revamp. I think some of his passive will get removed like the invisibility after killing an enemy and the fast cooldown of his skills and maybe they're gonna nerf his heal too and make it the same like Franco
