Great lesson I learned from an enemy tank too. The tank was so good at zoning us out that even though our core was having a legendary we can't penetrate the squishies easily because he is just too good at cock blocking all our damages. I mainly play tanks but I am starting to other roles more. It is really hard to play tank when your damage dealers don't know how to position themselves in team fights and engage when you just pinged that you don't have your ult yet. Then they will blame the tank when they die.

As a franco main I can confirm that for the first 300 matches, I used to hook with auto 30°+ for a long time. Just analyse the movement patterns of your enemy. Some are easier and some almost impossible to predict. You should also give your teammates tasks to adjust the match too your gameplay
Moonton changed Francos hook. Sometimes it will miss when you do clear hits, while other times renavigating and hitting on misses. Also hook and flickr don't work as efficient any longer. Always check the map and be sure to have allies around when hooking, as it's very mana costly and has a long cooldown.
I know this While I don't play Franco much when I do I sometimes hook a few pixels away from the enemy and they are completely fine but sometimes enemy Franco would hook me a fair distance away and it feels like my character just gets sucked in the hook (or like it's magnetic)
@@unknowing5818 at first I thought my phone was lagging too but when it happens my Ms is like 20~30 And sometimes it legit just locks on One game (still early laning phase) I was half health and retreating to my towers Right before a Franco hook got me I flickered and the hook followed me (Franco didn't flicker) and hooked me back I don't think the Franco was hacking tho because tbf his hooking sucked and was only able to do ult then hook for rest of the game
If anything, I have the opposite problem as a tank: I'm always with the Jungler and the Mid laner that I sometimes forget who are in the gold lane. It's a good thing that our ADC guy is good enough that he won't at least die and is often unkillable late game.

Thank you Beto for all the helpful videos. Try to last hit with Franco’s hook on the buff, with the passive should get you around 500 damage on a single hook. I managed to steal few purples and delayed enemy jungler more than just pulling the buffs away 😁
I share tip for fighting gloo. As a gloo main, It's ton of games playing Gloo in Classic. 1. Go away from the circles as much as possible, (when in parasite form), Once Gloo walk in the circle, The CD resets and make a 1-second stun 2. Build a Lifesteal item 3. Have a AOE like Mages to remove mini versions (followers of main head) to reduce the stacks 4. Close to the turret as much as possible
Here's an extra tip from a Vexanna main. If you use Vexanna, her passive deals a lot of damage to Gloo when he's in parasite state, and oftentimes just using her second skill and ult is more than enough to secure a kill.

That said he's slowly falling off due to his low utility. He doesn't provide much support/utility for his team and if you're not good with your hook, you will most likely get shittalked by teammates. In short, to truly be useful the person using Franco has to be incredibly skilled to take advantage of his skills that will benefit the team. Aside from hooking the jungler's buffs in the early/mid game, Franco provides little support to his team.
Even as a soloQ player, I like using roam a lot! Maybe because I don't want to take the burden of carrying the team. I always play Franco and Selena and pretty confident with my prediction skills and game sense so yeah, I always have fun supporting the team!
Fun fact about differences between franco's legend skin and franco special skin which is the Halloween skin. Legend skin hook's hit box is on the middle but the interesting is about the special skin is that if you aim a bit right, the hook will land but if you aim directly at the middle, maybe 30% chances might landed because the skin's of the hit box is a bit right but not at the middle
I think depending on the hero, you can either annoy the enemy or support your teammates, for example heroes that are tanky in early game like gatot and carmilla, or heroes like Franco and jawhead with skills that can move the jungle creeps will make it harder for the enemy's jungler to farm. Heroes like Rafaela, floryn, and Angela may be better to run around the map and helping their teamates. For me personally I prefer playing as carmilla because her first skill can provide a little bit of healing, for her and she can bring the enemy's HP very low. I also use selena for stealing the enemy's buffs, I first set Selena's trap inside the wall on the blue buff and I just wait for the enemy to bring the jungle creep's up down so I can steal with flameshot

Actually the perfect buff for franco would be that his hook not also can hook people but also gives vision to some part around his hook. It would be so much of a help especially because he's kinda squishy.

You should remind noob franco users that they are a tank and should do some tanking rather than waiting in the bush to hook all the time. This is a common noob mistake when using franco. They forget to be in the frontline.
One of the things that you need to consider to be a good tank is to have good teammates Literally speaking, tanks and supports relies on their team as they cast cc, tanking damages and even initiate team fights while protecting their team. But you must also remember that msybe they can tank damage and CC, they can't hold their ground alone as they deal very little amount if damage, unless if it's Alice, Gatot, Ruby, Uranus and other Tanks that can sustain and even fight back enemies in 1v3 or even 1v5 situation. So base on my experience as a tank and support user since I started playing, tanks and support are pretty useless and trash if you don't have good synergy and connection to your teammates.

ADC means "Attack/Damage/Carry" meaning their role in the fight is to deal the most damage is the team, and will most often be the one who get the most kills thus being a "carry" which has the highest kills score. ADC is a vital part of any team as they're the ones who'll carry the game in later stages.

Note to self: Don't limit your character on what role it can play, since playstyle, equipment, and builds are what determines your hero's capability. As a roamer/tank main Khufra. I would say that there are few things that a good mythical glory tank needs to know. 1. Know what kind of tank/roamer you are playing, a high early game dmg roamer such us Hylos, Grock or Jawhead. Can you invade or not Franco/Tigreal? Did you pick for a counter pick? Lolita into Change? 2. Always make sure your damage dealer knows your intentions 3. Provide vision for your entire team, not just one teammate. 4. There is no excuse to skip a turtle or lord fight as the roamer. You have to be there 5. Find out who is the one who makes your teams life miserable and make sure to make his even more so 6. Always think ahead. What route are you going for a gank and perhaps more importantly what route are you going to get out

I was actually forced to play as the jungler on one of my current games (w/c I absolutely hate), when usually I took the mid lane or the roamer role, so I was already thinking that we're gonna lose because I'm such an ass when I'm playing as the jungler. But we got this godly Franco on our team that was basically hooking the enemies like it was nothing and just so good at providing vision and annoying my counterpart, the game goes smoothly than I ever expected it would be. That was actually my first time in a while playing Fredrinn as a jungler and getting an MVP at the end, my absolute thanks to that Franco.
in this match betosky looks like the type of player to know how to play the game but not the hero, missing hooks is normal but his hooking style is similar to that of an experienced player who has seen the enemies dodge the hooks
@@Eis_ Buying 1 or 2 AD items, for defensive items doesn't really do much imo, and going full AD is good too, but then you need a tanky jungler or exp laner, which is not the usual case in solo
Let's just say a lot of player can play all kind of hero, but i can agree there's something called playstyle that differ us from others (or maybe the same). And honestly as i'm mostly playing marksman than other heroes, i can also agree that a good tank was so helpful when it comes to any tactics especially with damage dealer to ambush or with exp laner for just buying overtime, while they usually be the last thing the team remember when victory was claimed, the true MVP was deserve to get a lot of honor. Not to mention bad tankers as they likely lost confidence because blamed all around or what i hate the most, the Troller. But if you can keep positive, the chance of win will likely increased as your team solidity gain higher. Apart from the comment, i just want to laugh watching Clint on this video as he just keep hesitant overtime. Also your tanking skill and in game knowledge was amazing 👍
If you are very much aware of your mini map surrounding and also on the map itself, it will definitely help. Beto is too good spotting everything on the map as roaming + skills awareness is insane. He looking like a pro.

Fun fact about differences between franco's legend skin and franco special skin which is the Halloween skin. Legend skin hook's hit box is on the middle but the interesting is about the special skin is that if you aim a bit right, the hook will land but if you aim directly at the middle, maybe 30% chances might landed because the skin's of the hit box is a bit right but not at the middle

I think depending on the hero, you can either annoy the enemy or support your teammates, for example heroes that are tanky in early game like gatot and carmilla, or heroes like Franco and jawhead with skills that can move the jungle creeps will make it harder for the enemy's jungler to farm. Heroes like Rafaela, floryn, and Angela may be better to run around the map and helping their teamates.
For me personally I prefer playing as carmilla because her first skill can provide a little bit of healing, for her and she can bring the enemy's HP very low. I also use selena for stealing the enemy's buffs, I first set Selena's trap inside the wall on the blue buff and I just wait for the enemy to bring the jungle creep's up down so I can steal with flameshot

Actually the perfect buff for franco would be that his hook not also can hook people but also gives vision to some part around his hook. It would be so much of a help especially because he's kinda squishy.

You should remind noob franco users that they are a tank and should do some tanking rather than waiting in the bush to hook all the time. This is a common noob mistake when using franco. They forget to be in the frontline.
One of the things that you need to consider to be a good tank is to have good teammates
Literally speaking, tanks and supports relies on their team as they cast cc, tanking damages and even initiate team fights while protecting their team. But you must also remember that msybe they can tank damage and CC, they can't hold their ground alone as they deal very little amount if damage, unless if it's Alice, Gatot, Ruby, Uranus and other Tanks that can sustain and even fight back enemies in 1v3 or even 1v5 situation. So base on my experience as a tank and support user since I started playing, tanks and support are pretty useless and trash if you don't have good synergy and connection to your teammates.

@@ynnavy Heroes are the character players control to play the game. ADC means "Attack/Damage/Carry" meaning their role in the fight is to deal the most damage is the team, and will most often be the one who get the most kills thus being a "carry" which has the highest kills score.
ADC is a vital part of any team as they're the ones who'll carry the game in later stages.

@@ynnavy ADC can be anything really as long as they fullfil the role of shredding enemies in late game, but they're often the Marksman. Note to self: Don't limit your character on what role it can play, since playstyle, equipment, and builds are what determines your hero's capability.
However I recommend you learn what each role does in a team and how they contribute, before making your main hero do other roles.

As a roamer/tank main Khufra. I would say that there are few things that a good mythical glory tank needs to know.
1. Know what kind of tank/roamer you are playing, a high early game dmg roamer such us Hylos, Grock or Jawhead. Can you invade or not Franco/Tigreal?
Did you pick for a counter pick? Lolita into Change?
2. Always make sure your damage dealer knows your intentions
3. Provide vision for your entire team, not just one teammate.
4. There is no excuse to skip a turtle or lord fight as the roamer. You have to be there
5. Find out who is the one who makes your teams life miserable and make sure to make his even more so
6. Always think ahead. What route are you going for a gank and perhaps more importantly what route are you going to get out

Some points id like to add...
1. U should be tanking turret agro while in turret dives.
2. U should always try to save ur teammates and even if u sacrifice ur life into saving the adc its fine. But there's a fine like between a good teammate being saved and a retard who took a 1v5 being saved. Although ur the tank ur life still matters.
3. Never trash talk ur own teammates coz u cannot deal any dmg without them. This one has made me lose so many matches i cant even tell u coz soloQ is a hell for tank mains.

I was actually forced to play as the jungler on one of my current games (w/c I absolutely hate), when usually I took the mid lane or the roamer role, so I was already thinking that we're gonna lose because I'm such an ass when I'm playing as the jungler. But we got this godly Franco on our team that was basically hooking the enemies like it was nothing and just so good at providing vision and annoying my counterpart, the game goes smoothly than I ever expected it would be. That was actually my first time in a while playing Fredrinn as a jungler and getting an MVP at the end, my absolute thanks to that Franco.
in this match betosky looks like the type of player to know how to play the game but not the hero, missing hooks is normal but his hooking style is similar to that of an experienced player who has seen the enemies dodge the hooks

Let's just say a lot of player can play all kind of hero, but i can agree there's something called playstyle that differ us from others (or maybe the same). And honestly as i'm mostly playing marksman than other heroes, i can also agree that a good tank was so helpful when it comes to any tactics especially with damage dealer to ambush or with exp laner for just buying overtime, while they usually be the last thing the team remember when victory was claimed, the true MVP was deserve to get a lot of honor. Not to mention bad tankers as they likely lost confidence because blamed all around or what i hate the most, the Troller. But if you can keep positive, the chance of win will likely increased as your team solidity gain higher.
Apart from the comment, i just want to laugh watching Clint on this video as he just keep hesitant overtime. Also your tanking skill and in game knowledge was amazing 👍

If you are very much aware of your mini map surrounding and also on the map itself, it will definitely help. Beto is too good spotting everything on the map as roaming + skills awareness is insane. He looking like a pro.

As a soloq player that has many roles, if you're playing as a tank, recommend some high early damage marksman, and observe the enemy jungler if the hero is faster or slower at farming than your jungler. As a Franco main when roaming I always hook the mage and mm to get in the clash, so that they just can't do a free hit at the back.
