  • Drove to northern part of Okinawa to enjoy the beautiful nature and outdoor cooking. It was windy and cool up north and was beautiful to hear the sound of trees and leaves blown by strong wind. The curry and rice came out well and it was a perfect size wood burning stove to cook those at the same time. I forgot my Opinel so I missed it so much when I was cooking while using my Mora knife tho. Hope you enjpy the video :)

    Wow it was windy. Hope it wasn’t too cold. This stove looked bigger than the yoler maybe easier to put together. Nice meal. Nice video thanks

      Yes, it’s bigger that Yoler stove. It’s nice to have bigger folding stove if you plan to cook multiple meals. Thank you for watching :)

    That was a nice video again Mai. I wish I could sit there by the river with you, enjoy the food, listen to the nature and just relax and chat occasionally about irrelevant things with you.

      I love the tropical jungle in Okinawa. It was very nice to see beautiful nature in Finland where feels completely different from where I grew up. You would love Okinawa if you don’t mind the heat and humidity.

    You make better-tasting food by the river than I do at my house. :D Nice video!

      Thank you! It takes longer to cook outside so hunger becomes the best seasoning always.

      Outside is always an experience that cannot be matched by inside. My wife is Canton/Canada and her knowhow matches my North Canada well. Our temperature comfort levels are different due to how we individually feel and what we are used to. Winter is here early in Southern B.C., we're tenting out this weekend with a simple menu to enjoy hiking. I appreciated this video content.

    Great video my friend... I was scoping out wood stoves on youtube and came across your video. The meal you made looked very delicious! Nice job on the video! How did you like the stove? I've been looking for a stove to use on my youtube channel and it seams like all the wood stoves are so small.. I'm looking for a mid size one that you can put some reasonable chunks of wood in...:) stay safe out there... your friend Daniel from the Pacific Northwest pnwfullstop

      Hi Daniel! I love the stove. I usually carry smaller stove but when I need to cook with two pots then it's a good one to choose. It can take bigger wood as well.

    Did you keep your spoon?

    • @uemaisadventure
      @uemaisadventure  4 роки тому +1

      No, I didn't. It was just a temporary rough shaped spoon to eat because I forgot to bring one.
