Related to the green screen part in OBS. I was having issues of some of the videos I played become janky(especially longer ones would get micro pauses). I ended up using shutter encoder (free program) to convert the videos to webm files which are way smaller in size. This made videos play smooth in OBS and also reduced my CPU usage. Hope this helps somebody
