Managed to get this rendered and uploaded mere minutes before year 2014 here in Singapore so yeah. I promised some fans that this will be done before 2014 and I did it!
There are multiple reasons why this chapter took much longer to make. The most obvious reason being my participation in the Saxxy awards. Another reason is due to integrating new characters into the story so the whole thing had to be redone a total of 4 times.
Also, the intro, which was featured in an earlier preview vid, was unchanged because the modified .dmx got destroyed in an SFM crash so I had to leave it as it is. Plus, daily visits to the hospital to treat my 7 year hyperextended arm (currently the only thing keeping me away from the Army).
Chapter 5 is, as you may expect, a dark chapter but it has its own share of humor. I gotta thank FineLeatherJackets again for allowing me to duplicate his "Heavy dance" scene in his Saxxy entry. Hope you all like this. Please excuse the seemingly "rushed" ending credits. I really wanted to finish it by the time I reached that part. The next video will be a short featuring the oWn Medic.

Credits also goes to AyesDyef who made the female scout model, Rebbacus and MaxofS2D for the reworked model and DustyOldRoses, her awesome voice actor. Man I watched this series in grade school like 7 or 8 years ago. Now I’m in college and randomly remembered it when hearing that greenday song. I watched the whole series again, and as cheesy as it is, I’m still invested in the plot to this day. Maybe one day Wolf will come back and finish it, I really think that would complete my childhood lol. Anyways, hope Wolf is doing well, thanks for the childhood memories

The series is pretty much done. Now there is like new version of this tf2 community but they ain't even following the story much at this point. Overall the group walked a strange path with using ww1 and ww2 German propaganda and art to promote their server and community.
Plus UA-cam is gonna delete UA-cam channels that have been inactive for more than two years.

It's hard to root for the Turbine Mercs (ESPECIALLY the BLU Soldier) because of how sympathetic and awesome oWn is.

It seems the community has died down, but that could be show hole me talking. This was an amazing series with insane animation for when it was made. Hopefully part 6 will be easy for you to make with amazing quality at a time when you feel you are ready

Oh my god, what is with the people in this comment section. People who make SFMs aren't you're slaves, and are allowed to work at their own pace, or heck, just not do them anymore. SFMs are supposed to be fun, or at least somewhat fun for the animator, and when you loose that aspect perhaps it really is time to stop.
