At last, the first part of this massive project has been finally completed. 2 years in the making and several hard decisions has lead to this moment. I would have preferred if this was the full thing but releasing in parts will help the workload. I'm currently on my graduation year so SFM work will be severely impacted to say the least. That said it has been quite the journey to reach this point. Starting way back in 2020 and even having some clips as early as 2018. It's fair to say, I couldn't have waited any longer for this day to come. therefore I present you my latest large scale project and hopefully the next parts will follow relatively soon but yet again no promises on that, only updates. I want to thank everyone involved in the production of this project, without any of you this project wouldn't have been possible. It's hard to make an animation, To make a near half an hour long project would be impossible to do all by myself. I also want to thank everyone who has taken the time to watch this movie, everyone who stuck around for the last 2 years waiting for this project to come out. I understand you all, it has been quite a wait and I apologize if the next parts will take as much time. I promise that I'm working on this almost full time and take almost any chance I get to work on this project. I want nothing but the best for it and so do you all. Thank you all for sticking around and see you soon.

Blood and water effects are great, sound design is fantastically punchy, and I love the utilization of some of the smaller areas of 2Fort, like using that raft on the wall as a boat for under the sewers. You did a wonderful job, and I absolutely yearn for more.
Thanks man. SFM is a wonderful tool, as buggy as it is, as broken as it is due to its BETA status. Since it's so simple by design and very easily modifiable. It allows a lot of room for custom assets and ways to really bring it to its limit in what it can and can't do. I really went for just trying to spam as much details I can in terms of the overal setting. The water particles Hoovytube made for this truly shined in this

Also the fact that there was no BGM really adds to the realism in this Animation. The deaths in this were also carefully animated in a way that looks so real. Man, this project really takes the cake in quality! The life you give these characters are top notch! If a character survives a gunshot, they convey pain in a way that seems realistic, makes me feel scared and hurt for them. Marvelous work, man. Nice attention to details too. The only thing that needs a little bit more work is audio as it lacks depth. Consider adding reverberation to plant your sounds in the envioronment and control volume level. A little bit of minimalistic music or sound design elements here and there won't hurt as well. Otherwise you did an amazing job!
Thanks man, I really appreciate your kind words. I've been a fan of yours for a really long time and I wouldn't lie if I said I took a lot of inspiration over the years from you. Thanks for the feedback as well, It means a lot coming from you. I personally was never really strong at sound design but it's something I definitely want to get better at. I wanted to make the gun sounds sound powerful like in the movie ''Heat''. Sound design has always been somewhat of an overlooked aspect in filmmaking, especially in the animation scene since we primarily just have video game sounds to work with. They're fine but primarily work within the game. Movie sounds is a bit different in that regard. Either way have a good one!
Like, dang, that gunfighting was actually fairly realistic, I think the ammo count was legit, have to double check, but that's a first. Actually not having unlimited ammo in a gunfight in the animation universe lol. That detail was nice, very nice.
First of all, I just wanna say how FANTASTIC this SFM is, I can't get over how amazing you've managed to do to make the rain look real as possible, the same goes for the blood effects when people are getting shot. I loved the camera work on it and the lighting especially and of course the animation itself, with the limits of the Source engine, you've managed to achieve the impossible, good for you on that and I can't wait to see more from you!
Given the amount of parody SFMs out there, I went into this thinking the title was a fixative of a silly Attack On Titan parody. I don't think I've ever been happier to be wrong. This is a gift.
@@lolripk The work you do is noticed! and well appriciated! All I can say is that you seem to be underrated for the amount of talent you put into this video
Animations, movement, light, blood, camera, action, sounds, story everything, every little detail was absolutely fantastic. This is not just another SFM animation, this is a work of art. I'm serious!
OMG Triumbrush !!!! You were part of this??? I love your channel!!!! And HoovyTube!!! And The Winglet!!!! And so many other channels that I haven't seen yet but I'm gonna subscribe to now! This is an amazing collab!!
Nice atmosphere ever. The feeling that this is like a game trailer. 8:06 WHAT KIND OF WIZARDRY IS THAT!? WOAAAAH, DANM IS GOOOOD. HOW DO YOU GUYS MAKE THAT TRANSFORMATION BRUH!?
Wow, the effects of the rain and the blood are spectacular! I can see why this magnificent piece of art took 2 years. It's people like you that make TF2 look beautiful in the eyes of an artist.
There are three things that in my opinion that makes this stand out as a special gem from the rest. 1. The use of TF2 Fem characters, when’s the last time you saw a SFM video of this quality on TF2’s 2Fort map using a female scout? 2. The quality of the video, this is top tier quality, the kind that can only be made in 2 years by such a small team, but you must understand,SFM is a very…very old Film making software. 3. The people involved, TF2 SFM UA-camrs of the highest class, have joined in on this project, The Winglet, a personal favourite of mine for his “An Australian Christmas Bloody Miracle” and probably one of the veterans of TF2 SFM videos, Hoovy Tube, another veteran of the SFM, Fortress Films, having created the music only to release one of TF2’s biggest and most disturbing SFM videos in history, nevertheless a full on movie, “Emesis Blue” and the rest of the team which have made a great impact on the video. I would love to see more of this,as I have already seen the Part 2 trailer and I can’t wait to see the masters of TF2 SFM’s work again.
It's stupid things like that, that literally sometimes keeps me up at night when it comes to attention to detail. It's quite the obsession of mine to get a lot of things right in this
absolute masterwork. you and the team brought your best to every part of this, i cannot understate just how impressive the animation, lighting and effects were in every single shot and the quality never dipped ONCE. Fight choreography was top notch too. I know how hard it is to get subtle blended lighting in this godforsaken program and you guys managed to get it spot on in every shot. im in awe
That is one of the best tf2 animations, I have ever seen! The detail, the blood, the water effect! Everything it's and looks amazing. Y'all did one hell of a job!
I know its all been tf2, but can have some tfc models here as a suggestion, like the TFC medic, cause i remember there was a model for it in the tf2 style. But also hope you have a wonderful time making this. Keep up the good work man.
Wow, just wow. This animation was so good! Not only was it really smoothly animated but the effects were really good, the blood clouds and the the water effects were just amazing. Keep up the good work!
Bro the animation is so smooth! I've never seen this before in any SFM video I can tell you put a lot of hard work and effort into this animation please keep it up! PS: Don't stress yourself out we can be patient ;)
Wow I can't believe I stumbled on this and this channel again I remember your old series till the road ends and how interesting it was. I'm sure this will be phenomenal and surpass that since the trailer alone looks stunning!
I want to be notified when the next part of this comes out. This is just so well made for an SFM. The characters are very well done, giving so much characteristics to such simple characters without even having to use any dialogue. The female scout is a very likable protagonist, along with the Demo, Heavy, and Spy. You can tell that something is bothering the fem scout, and it’s done in a way that is very clear. When each character is in danger, I am usually very nervous when one of the main characters are in danger. The only complaint I have is why the bridge explodes. There isn’t really a reason and they use the boat instead. Unless this helps the story in the next part, maybe it could be important. But it just feels kind of unnecessary right now. The action is done insanely well, too. I also love how near the beginning, when the Scout is confronted by The Pyro and Two Soldiers, the blood is kind of caked on her skin as she tries to wash it off, which is amazing attention to detail. That’s my review, I give it a 10/10, for I don’t really see anything wrong with it.
I love how in the bridge collapse scene, spy is dry because he’s wearing a hat, heavy is wet because he has no hat, and scout is wet because they had just washed up. But then why is demo wet? He’s wearing a hat just like spy. Amazing animation non the less!
You could say it kind depends on what certain clothing they wear. From my point of view the wet effects on spy don't look as good as on other characters. Could be a model issue too
i think it would be funny if instead of spy getting in the water and pushing the boat he'd be the one in the boat and making everyone push while reading a book and then heavy asks to help and spy says no becasue he dosen't want to get his suit soaked
The water and wet hair effects are unlike anything i've ever seen from an SFM before, the whole thing was extremely well made and i will be eagerly awaiting the 2nd part.
Must say a very well made film kinda wish it was longer but hell honestly very good effect the lighting the realism especially that part where the spy cocked back the pin on his revolver hell I'd say your top notch bucko almost much like the winglet himself overall I give a solid 10/10
I have no words, I’m just in utter shock at how amazingly well crafted this was. All I have to say is please keep up the excellent work, as this is seriously one of the greatest SFMs I have ever seen (And trust me I’ve seen a lot.) You, my friend, have 100% earned yourself a permanent subscriber :)

Sound design has always been somewhat of an overlooked aspect in filmmaking, especially in the animation scene since we primarily just have video game sounds to work with. They're fine but primarily work within the game. Movie sounds is a bit different in that regard. Either way have a good one!
5:36 Demoman: The bridge! The bridge!
Classic Clank: It's... It's collapsing.
Like, dang, that gunfighting was actually fairly realistic, I think the ammo count was legit, have to double check, but that's a first. Actually not having unlimited ammo in a gunfight in the animation universe lol. That detail was nice, very nice.
6:59 That's adorable how they let Scout ride in the boat since she wasn't able to help carry it
First of all, I just wanna say how FANTASTIC this SFM is, I can't get over how amazing you've managed to do to make the rain look real as possible, the same goes for the blood effects when people are getting shot. I loved the camera work on it and the lighting especially and of course the animation itself, with the limits of the Source engine, you've managed to achieve the impossible, good for you on that and I can't wait to see more from you!
Thanks man, Hoovy tube really did a fantastic job with the particles honestly
A fantastic masterpiece lad nice work👍
I really so excited to have those rain particles
1:45 OH MY GOD, AIM AT THE BASE OF THE FIRE, AND SWEEP SIDE TO SIDE (fantastic animation by the way, it looks awesome! keep up the good work!)
so this sfm movie is nice for 8 years of such good animation
This video is criminally underrated. The water and lighting, the destruction, and the weapon sounds are high tier. This would be a saxxy award winner.
Love it. The Fem-Scout did have the "seg-ualize" , it's pretty smooth, and just really good.
9:26 "HITLER!"
Wow, what a beautiful work! This deserves way more views... Also love that tiny desk engineer at 5:16.
4:02 I have never seen anyone utilize water animation as you have. It looks refreshing as hell 😂
Hoovytube's particles really made the difference in this scene
This animation was well done and it reminded me a lot of Emesis Blue. Great work!
Team Fortress 2 will live forever.
This reminds me of old flash animations from like 2004. And I mean that in easily the best way possible.
I haven't watched an sfm in years but that thumbnail completely sold me. And the vid itself definitely followed up on it.
Fem scout facial expresions are on point, the best I've seen
Given the amount of parody SFMs out there, I went into this thinking the title was a fixative of a silly Attack On Titan parody. I don't think I've ever been happier to be wrong. This is a gift.
If that were the case i would have called it " Attack on 2fort "
Very good video! the quality and everything - on point! I suggest adding captions.
This is absolutely stunning,I can say with certainty that I have not seen such high quality in a sfm before, good job on it mates, waitin' for part two.
Thanks! I definitely put alot of work into the details
@@lolripk The work you do is noticed! and well appriciated! All I can say is that you seem to be underrated for the amount of talent you put into this video
The effects in this video is the best I've ever seen ,I like the hair scene looks so real
It's called being a mad man and figuring stuff like that out the hard way
Whoa....this is so detailed and cool! I hope this gets at least 500k views
that was incredible!!! loved it
great to see scouts transition went well 💗
Amazing kamerad. I saw many TF2 animation, but this is one of the best. You got my support there kammerad
Wow, the effects of the rain and the blood are spectacular! I can see why this magnificent piece of art took 2 years. It's people like you that make TF2 look beautiful in the eyes of an artist.
Spectacular findings good friend.
Omg guys this is so good you guys did a real nice job with this master piece
This has got to be the best SFM animation I have ever seen. This is way better than anything valve has made
Ngl valve makes smoother and less choppy animation (not that this is any choppy) but this has way better effects and quality
This is good but better than Expiration Date?
@@beans00001 yes
@@FlamingCow68 No, expiration date doesn't include scout being replaced by his female version for no apparent reason. its def better.
Meet the Team win by nostalgia.
Besides best looking SFM probably goes to Emesis Blue.
This one is pretty good too
1 minute in and I'm already marveling at the effects!!
The blood mist when spy shot those two soldiers in the head at 9:08 is a really nice touch
Bloody hell that is great keep up the good work. I cannot wait for part 2
Instant subscription 💙 im glad to say ill be sticking around to see what else you put out!
5:53 oh my god the attention to detail, look at how spies mask is not wet because he is using a hat that covers all around him
It's stupid things like that, that literally sometimes keeps me up at night when it comes to attention to detail. It's quite the obsession of mine to get a lot of things right in this
@@lolripk I am happy that you notice the people who care about the small things, good work friend!
Amazing, I nearly thought there were no more sfm and gmod animations, I really love how the effects like fire, smoke, and water are maid!)
absolute masterwork. you and the team brought your best to every part of this, i cannot understate just how impressive the animation, lighting and effects were in every single shot and the quality never dipped ONCE. Fight choreography was top notch too. I know how hard it is to get subtle blended lighting in this godforsaken program and you guys managed to get it spot on in every shot. im in awe
I'm glad you liked it! Stick around for part 2!
Thanks man, it means alot coming from you. Been a fan of yours for a long time. I'm happy you enjoyed it, hopefully part 2 will deliver too
From the first frames can already see Hoovy Tube style. That means, that the animation is already perfect.
That is one of the best tf2 animations, I have ever seen! The detail, the blood, the water effect! Everything it's and looks amazing. Y'all did one hell of a job!
GET THIS PERSON TO 100K, THEY DESERVE IT!
Soldier Sniper isn't real he can't hurt you , Soldier Sniper : 8:48
I know its all been tf2, but can have some tfc models here as a suggestion, like the TFC medic, cause i remember there was a model for it in the tf2 style. But also hope you have a wonderful time making this. Keep up the good work man.
Wow, just wow. This animation was so good! Not only was it really smoothly animated but the effects were really good, the blood clouds and the the water effects were just amazing. Keep up the good work!
“I’d thought we’d be fighting men!”
Great work
As others have mentioned, the gunfights were tense and well choreographed. I was hooked to the end, excellent work everyone!
Really good animation man the blood and physics are peak
You are so underated, more people should view this more, and you should get more subscribers, 100 out of 10, PERFECTO!
Thank you for being around since the old days. Damn time flies fast for sure
@@lolripk it sure does, those days of ignorance and bliss are long gone. But the future holds many things for us so we keep going forward.
Oh my this is like a full fledged movie that’s how amazing this is
0:49 Meat shots freaking meat shots
great job! this was wonderful. Looking forward to the upcoming parts. Keep it up, friend.
Beautiful piece. The quality is better than my eyesight. Absolutely wonderful. Cant wait for more.
Holy crap... This animation IS AMAZING
holy shit, the effects, the story, the details, THE ACTION, it's amazing, I wish you the best with this project, keep it up
Fuck yeah bro I'm so proud of you for finally getting this out
Never thought we would see this day but we're finally here. Let's hope the momentum carries us through part 2's production
@@lolripk yes please
I love how in the bridge collapse scene, spy is dry because he’s wearing a hat, heavy is wet because he has no hat, and scout is wet because they had just washed up. But then why is demo wet? He’s wearing a hat just like spy. Amazing animation non the less!
You could say it kind depends on what certain clothing they wear. From my point of view the wet effects on spy don't look as good as on other characters. Could be a model issue too
@@lolripk ah I see, that makes a lot more sense
i think it would be funny if instead of spy getting in the water and pushing the boat he'd be the one in the boat and making everyone push while reading a book and then heavy asks to help and spy says no becasue he dosen't want to get his suit soaked
Or spy will transform into boat, but it's more in style of Stblackst
This is easily one of the greatest looking sfm videos I’ve ever seen!!
Excellent work
The water and wet hair effects are unlike anything i've ever seen from an SFM before, the whole thing was extremely well made and i will be eagerly awaiting the 2nd part.
Must say a very well made film kinda wish it was longer but hell honestly very good effect the lighting the realism especially that part where the spy cocked back the pin on his revolver hell I'd say your top notch bucko almost much like the winglet himself overall I give a solid 10/10
This looks amazing, graphically amazing, camera angles are well set and most of all the character build up is great.
This and emesis blue probably have the best rain effects I’ve seen for SFM
I have no words, I’m just in utter shock at how amazingly well crafted this was. All I have to say is please keep up the excellent work, as this is seriously one of the greatest SFMs I have ever seen (And trust me I’ve seen a lot.) You, my friend, have 100% earned yourself a permanent subscriber :)
I legit thought sniper was gonna disappear from existence after he said "See you in 5 minutes"
