Just got this keyboard and swapped the switches to Outemu Silent Cream Yellow and it's pretty much perfect even without doing any foam or tape. Definitely the best keyboard I've ever typed after swapping the switches.
Why is this channel so underrated? Good beginner-keyboard, my first mechanical keyboard i ever had. (sry for bad english, i´m from Germany) I will hopefully become that on christmas :9
My unit came from factory with color lock on which can be toggled with Fn+End (the key above arrow up key). Unless you press that one first, none of the other combinations work.
I haven't done any real research but all the ones i've seen have a different pin placement so they aren't compatible with a regular MX motherboard. Not saying they don't exist, just haven't ran across any.

Hello great video, I have a question so I hear when you put the keyboard in rgb lighting mode „ game mode „ you can change the rgb of the keys individuelle with a program what mode is game mode and what software?
Im thinking about a new keyboard I hope this is the one that will be good for me. my first is the spc gear gk 630k thats for real good but now the sound makes me realy angry and Im just looking for new good ones
hi and thx for the vid! on amazon the description says there is a "professional" software available to fully customize key-functions, macros and rgb. did you try this software? is it any good? thx for letting me know.
Yeah…”Professional” is a bit of a stretch, but I have used it successfully on this board. I’m an Apple guy so I can’t use it, but found a Windows machine I could install it on and was able to change the per key RGB how I wanted. It’s clumsy and I’m not sure how the macros setup works as a TKL has all the keys I need.
No, it doesn't have a true White color. There is a static mode which is a must for me (I use it 90% of the time), but the colors to choose from are a Rainbow, Red, Ice Blue, Pink, Yellow, Green & Blue.
That is for the Windows Key Lock. Usually only needed for gaming so you don't accidently bring up the Windows start menu during a game if you hit it. FN + WIN will lock/unlock it.
I wouldn't call them grainy. There is a slight texture to them, but it certainly isn't rough. I have some keycaps that are smoother and some that are the same.
@@keyboardstransformed I just got this keyboard and these keys are grainier than SPC keyboard that I have but not definitely really grainy. I would say it feels like 1000-2000 grit sand paper so it's pretty fine.

This seems like a great option. Ended up sounding really good.
Thanks for watching! It's a really great board for still being considered "budget".
@@keyboardstransformed And it's also available in ISO TKL layout which I personally prefer. Great board for that layout.
Thanks. Just purchased this after watching your video! 💜 Hope to see more content from you!

Den Fehler habe ich auch immer gemacht
Hey, wie konntest du die Farbe bei der Tastatur ändern?
Another great review, thanks Brian!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Tysm for the tutorial ❤😊
You're welcome!
Can you upload more ?
I’m trying! I have a few videos that just need editing. And a few others that I’m currently shooting with boards I’m modding. Thanks for watching!
It's worth noting that you can change colors of individual keys using the "REC" feature. See the user manual for details.
how do i change the color of the butttons? (the rgb) , whenever i press FN it doesnt work
Same idk
FN + F9 cycles through the RGB presets. FN + Up & Down Arrow keys switch the colors.

Hi is it possible to use any low profile switches on this?

When ordering from Amazon, use "This is a gift" option to avoid the keyboard being shipped in it's own box ;)
what do u mean

Great review - Is there an option for one static colour backlight?
Yes. This a must for me as that’s what I usually use, but i change the colors frequently.

@@kappanova680 Yes it is, here are the colors...Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Violet, Ice Blue, White & Rainbow.

hello, i dont know what i pressed but my S light is on and I dont know how to turn it off, could you help me?

how do you change the base color? it says that i should use fn+backspace but it actually just change the mode, and its always red.
FN + the up & down arrows.
Can you save lighting mods? Does it have onboard memory? Thanks
Yes, the software is finicky though like most OEM keyboard software is, but I have been able to save the setup on the board itself.
How to turn off Numlock LED? Its always on, on mine
Hi There,
With the craft foam that you used for the bottom of the case, do you know what the thickness was?
The generic craft foam I used is about 2mm thick.
@@keyboardstransformed Ok great! Thank you

What do I press to turn on the led it’s not working
FN + F9 cycles through the RGB presets, OFF is one of those. Otherwise brightness adjusts with FN + PgUp/PgDn.
hey, are the keys grainy?

is it possible to use it on ps5?
I’m not sure. Don’t have one to test and don’t know the PS5 specs.
It's a standard USB keyboard so as long as your device (PS5 or otherwise) does have USB A host connector, it should work just fine.
Is it compatible on ps5?
so it is compatible ?
