They made a lot more than 39 RR Corniches. Maybe 39 for the US Market in 1985, but there are many more.

good videos gentlemen, but may i urge you to change the background music - it sounds like a 1970s low budget porn background track, otherwise good work, keep at it

All post war Rolls Royce when not coach built have all panels made from Pressed Steel.
Only some hand built have panels handmade.

I disagree. I drive my 1983 daily and it is amazing. And the value in case you haven't noticed has gone up over $30,000 US just since last summer. Please when you discuss on here know what you are talking about. Other wise you give these cars a very bad reputation they do not deserve!

@Jinn Genie You could always have a good look at Silver cloud and Bentley coach-built cars there are several different models
The Phantom 6 I believe 1990 something was the last ones that part is correct
Al cars prior to 1946 was hand built
You got to know the facts

@@terrymurphy2032 Yes very sad fact indeed
      H.J Mulliner and Park ward
to different co before they tried to join new times new cars it did not last long R-R bought them for there production of Corniche and Phantom cars
R-R is gone now so I think they are gone to

Actually I found out that the were coach built until some time in the 70's at least this model was. I think the 1973 was the last ones that were totally hand built.

Did anybody notice that the original stereo has a CD player in it? That was 1985. CDs were a new thing back then

He said that, beginning in the first week, it was "always" in the shop for repair. I drove it only once and thought that the ergonomics were a little off and the suspension disappointing. VW engineering and quality control are probably much better but those "Bentleys" have lost the old cars' elegance, at least to my eye.

The other issue that potential buyers have to contend with is that the nature of the clientele for RR and Bentley has changed in recent years.
The people whom I know with congenital wealth all drive very inconspicuous vehicles. Public anonymity is very important to them and they have all been taught from childhood to shun vulgarity.

Good info but kill that roadhouse wannabe music. You're trying to sell a Rolls Royce, not a beaten up mustang.
