What a wonderful job you did filming this! Such a tragic ending for such a beautiful mansion. The last owners certainly had over the top taste but I still think it was beautiful. I hope the new owners will build another grand home fitting the beautiful surroundings.
Isn't it amazing that these cereal companies made an enormous amount of money back in the early 1900s. I don't even eat cereal because of the garbage they put in it.
Sad ending for a unique house. Apparently the family only spent 3 winters there. Kellogg had about 15 siblings so he came from "nothing" to create so much. Michigander here. Mr. Kellogg's legacy lives on...
ONE AMAZING ASPECT OF THIS INCREDIBLE HOME IS IT'S NOT GAWDY AS MANY MANSIONS ARE. IT HAS STYLE AND GRACE. HOW SAD IT HAS TURNED INTO THIS. I CAN BELIEVE RENOVATING IT TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION COULD BRING TOURISTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD WITH IT'S AMAZING HISTORY. NO BREAKFAST FOOD IS MORE WIDELY KNOWN THAN KELLOGG'S CORNFLAKES!!
Beautiful house, beautiful property, and beautiful location😍😍😍
Thank you for watching.

I love ornate architecture and great craftsmanship, but this is just busy and gaudy.

Well, I don’t agree with you. It is a beautiful house.

You're right! I've never seen anything like this mansion before. Very colorful. Thank you for all your work and for sharing it with us! 😊

Oh no!! The house was not my cup of tea but how devastating to tear it down. Just awful! 😭
