    My grandma used to make a jello-icecream dessert. It's fantastic. You add the jello powder, the proper amount of cold water, and "as much icecream as it will hold" (roughly half a box of Chapman's). Always use vanilla icecream. It settles into layers just like the jello-marshmallow did.

    Yeah, that guy with jello had greased pan, you can see it in close. And cheesy balls, it is basically choux pastry dough super simplyfied. You can fry it and bake it. But when you bake it is very specific.. don't open oven until it is baked, it should rise a quite. Melon seed will stay separated if you press it through colander..

    23:22 A tip for the brownie! Cups are a mass (like the space it fills) measurement and that cannot be measured by weighing. The usual weight we know as a cup is for water if I’m not mistaken, but it’s like the difference between lead and feathers, they are gonna take up a very different amount of space for the same weight or viceversa.
    I’m guessing 1 1/4 cup of Nutella is even more than what was in that original jar, so then the brownies would have much more of a chocolate flavor and texture

    • @lf8798
      @lf8798 Рік тому +5

      I think you mean „Volume“ instead of mass? Because mass can be weighted (e.g in Grams) but in cups you measure the volume 😊 Therefore the density is important if you want to change your measurements from cups to grams

    • @Carlika
      @Carlika Рік тому +2

      @@lf8798 you’re right! English is not my first language and it got lost in translation. It’s a volume measurement, so yeah it can’t be weighed and you need to look at how much space it takes

    A few tricks for awesome brownies using any regular boxed brownie mix (I have not tested with GF, low fat, dairy-free, etc). Instead of water, use that same total amount, but of strong coffee (even if you don’t like coffee!) and some imitation vanilla (don’t use the expensive stuff here!). Bake for 15 minutes, take out for 15-20 minutes, then put back in until the end (or your desired doneness). If you’re adding in chocolate chips/pieces, varying the size gives a better final texture. I use regular and mini semi-sweet chips if I have them. A sprinkle of flaky salt on top after they’re slightly cool is a delightful surprise.

    Maybe spray the air fryer cheeseballs with a misting of olive oil and toss them a couple of times during the cooking process. Also try cooking at a lower temperarure for a longer time to give them time to browm... or pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes first so the middle doesn't melt so fast

  • @liannerabañes

    Just a couple tips:
    1. You can gently release the jello by putting the container into some warm water.
    2. If you don't wanna use regular jello to make it less sweet, you can also use just regular gelatin.
    You two are so cute!
