What SNHU Commencement Means - To Grads, and to Paul LeBlanc

SNHU commencement has always been a big deal - but the spring 2024 ceremonies hold special meaning for President Paul LeBlanc. They’ll be his last, as he steps down from his role after 20+ years in June 2024.
“I love this university that has transformed so many lives. But especially mine. Thank you, thank you, thank you,” he said.

President LeBlanc has been the epitome of what a truly diverse university is all about! His leadership displayed an open and welcoming culture I can only dream continues after 30 June 2024. It is so rare to see such an array of people who simply want their fair shot to succeed without being discriminated against based on their age, gender, disability or race at a university that cares how it is viewed.
