Youre very respectable you should go to peshawar aswell to see pashtoon Balochistan is nice too but might not be safe. Everyone speaks urdu, very few ppl understand english also cant speak it or write. If you go to peshawar kpk youll find ppl that are opposite no urdu only pashto if you go to gujrat youll find ppl who speak jsut punjabi no urdu. Sindhi is also a different language with very fee overlap with punjabi. Theres a whole sey of different languages in gilgit baltistan bruzki,balti gilgiti and many more
Not everybody speaks English. Uncle only live with rich people ( who speak good English, that's why he don't know) 10 % are fluent in speaking English in Pakistan. 30% can understand but spoke in broken English 50 % can't understand nor speak. People who can speak mostly studied from English medium Schools .
