I’m glad that Wendigoon has since learned that “the red thing” is not part of how eye patches, as I’ve done some personal testing, and using an eyepatch to maintain your eyes ability to see in the dark does work. HOWEVER, using night vision in one eye is not the same, as you are staring at a green light, so your eye starts using the opposite color to compensate and give you normal vision in the other eye. Meaning that when the green stops, only the red remains, giving you the red glare. Edit: Please come back Wendigoon, you’re a fantastic guest and are infectiously funny.
