How to save an email as a Outlook Quick Step for reusing later

This isn´t working in the new outlook,. In the list no choose as "New message"...what to do ?

Hi, top left should be "New" button, clicking on that opens a drop down and there you choose "Mail".

Into WEbmail we don't have New Message, any idea?

Are you using Outlook for Webmail? There should be button top left and it might read "New" > "Mail".
