Ingredients:
Bread slice
Egg - 1
Spring onion - 5g
Tomato - 15g
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - ¼ tsp
Shredded cheese - 10g
Butter - 10g
Process:
Crack the egg into a bowl.
Add in chopped spring onion and tomato.
Add the salt and pepper.
Cut out the center from a slice of bread to make a hole.
Place a pan on heat. When hot, melt in the butter.
Place the outer piece of bread slice into the pan.
Pour in the egg mixture.
Add the cheese.
Put the cut out piece of bread back on top and press it down.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Delicious Easy Toast is ready. Enjoy.
