Thank You Clarissa for sharing your story!! Thank You AACHC for allowing addicts to share their stories. Thank for creating a safe, non judgemental place for us addicts to come view these stories. I just recently found this channel due to seeing Jenn Cuttings story on your channel. I too am an addict whose been clean & on MAT for almost 11 years. I completely agree that if it works why change it. I'm not hurting anyone and I'm a productive member of society. Thank You again Clarissa for sharing your story!! You're truly a beautiful inspiration and such an incredible soul!! Much love, blessings, and respect from Tennessee to you beautiful lady as well as your precious baby!!
In Canada I’m in a mat program it’s been a year and Cps still won’t give my son back we are punished here good mom on mat or not unless you can give them a clean test even from marijuana if you are accused of any type of addiction feels like a death sentence here no matter how much help you get or what you do they just see addiction and I’m scared to lose my son forever because of stigma here it’s not looking good for my son and me unfortunately

MAT saves lives. 🙌
Is it hard for you to feel like you "failed" your first? (You didn't, I'm just wondering)/how does your oldest deal with the situation?
