Quick video, yet informative. I appreciate being able to see the city as you drove around. 😎

I just left San Juan yesterday. The gas is about the same. It’s just in liters instead of gallons. They need MORE signs while driving. We had an awesome time though!

I was in San Juan a few weeks ago. Mainly in Old San Juan, we only walked around, I thought the streets we’re really narrow where people lived.

Cool video but I can speak for Jamaica in that people actually “live” in the resort areas like Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios or Runaway Bay. People live everywhere there.

Thanks for sharing that. My experience of Jamaica is definitely limited. When we were in Jamaica in Montego Bay there the hotels took over the entire area we were in and when we did leave the hotel there were no local homes, at least that we could see. But in San Juan, apartment buildings and single family homes were side by side with hotels. As we walked up and down the street.

Hmmm ..this is a strange question to me being from the Virgin Islands. 🤔 It's akin to making a video asking if New York feels like America. 😐

I can see where you're coming from. I think when you live in the states you get so sheltered from the rest of the world. If you've never traveled before and decided to visit an island that is part of "america" but not mainland you may have this question.
