- As my business has grown over the last few years, I’ve gained more and more tasks and responsibilities. Although I like to think I’m superwoman, I’m aware that I can’t do everything on my own, so I’ve hired others to work for and with me to keep my business running. As bosses, it’s our responsibility to make sure our employees feel motivated and appreciated.

Love this. I recently just went t a global leadership summit. I really recommend it. There were several leaders that participated and gave so much information regarding leadership. Check it out, Global Summit Network. They also have satellite around the country. So you can find a location close to you. I was in Philly and my church hosted it was awesome
