I couldn't believe it when I saw a gray hair in my eyelashes, then on my arm, and then on another place I don't want to mention. It's frightening! 😱

I'm 52 and I make it a point to jump rope everyday alternating between 15 to 30 minutes. I just love it!! I feel great.
Hi Jenell, I’m 60yo and have been watching you for a long minute:) physical activity is important for many reasons, but managing your diet is most of the weight battle as you age. When I turned 50, I developed allergies( food and environmental) lactose intolerance, and asthma. I was in denial for a good three years, suffering through. Good news, I changed my eating habits, incorporated cardio and weights and lost weight. More importantly, I feel better than when I was in my 40s perhaps 30s. You have a great plan to stay ahead of the changes you can manage. Manage your life spirit, soul, and body and you will age gracefully and beautifully.
Allergies can be a gut issue
I'm really upset about those scraggly chin hairs that grow every day! I just wish the same could be said about my edges!!!!

I’m 32 about to be 33 and I’ve definitely noticed major changes in my body shape and size. I HAVE to watch what I eat now. I drink TONS of water and I just stay consistent

One of the things I've been dealing with since I've been in my 30's is hormonal imbalance which keeps my weight fluctuating and cycles irregular. I just a few months ago started back exercising and I don't focus on the weight but just make it part of a healthy lifestyle. I have been following up with my doctor and next month I go back but Ive decided to just continue to eat healthy and exercise and with Gods help things will balance out.

Good morning.. I’ve been enjoying your videos for several years now. I turned 50 a couple of months ago, but my 40’s were the most challenging.. torn shoulder muscle, hysterectomy, trigger finger repair, arthritic knee that now prevents me fro running, etc.. lol... continue to eat balanced meals & regular exercise as we age.. if you don’t, it gets worse..

I’ve added yoga to my workouts. This is awesome for my knees! Also yoga is great for my mental clarity & spirituality ☺️ I won’t stop exercising!
Well I turned 40 this year and that was the year of having difficulty loosing weight , it felt like it happened overnight 😵. Unfortunately you do have to be much stricter with your eating if you are trying to loose weight and check your hormonal balance that has been helping me with the weight loss. Keep exercising and lifting weights and keep talking to God about how to handle these changes cause girl I heard your body goes through changes every 5 to 10 years 😳😄😄
Well sweetheart, I’m 62 yrs young, you do have a few more things to look forward to 🤗 Menopause (Hot Flashes & Mood Swings) , oh yes, hair in private areas turning gray 😳

These comments are so funny to me, probably because it's all true, except for that water weight, I don't know about that. I'll be 50 in April 2020. I'm excited about that, though the changes are real. Wait until you hit 40😁.

I use to be a 120lbs complaining about not gaining enough weight. Now that I'm 33 years old 185lbs later the weight refuses to fall off😫😫 I workout 3-4x's a week! I'm going on a liquid diet. This is too much😭😭
Turning 30 and the chin hairs are crazy!! Weight sticks like crazy already. But I'm starting to embrace my curves. Lots more to look forward to. 😊

I just had my 34th birthday and I am experiencing majority of the things too. Except my skin feel like is getting better I had the worst skin when I was younger. I also noticed a skin tag growing on my arm have you noticed any skin tags in the creases of your body?
Yes! I have a few of them on my neck. 😝 I removed a few of them, though.

Oh my... I had horrible skin as a teenager and then african black soap cleared it. Now... I dont know what's going on. No, no skin tags.
@@MY4HAPPYFACES I had a big one that kind of stuck out. YUCK! You have to cut off the blood supply, so you just tightly tie a piece of dental floss around it. It will fall off after a day or so. I'm still struggling with the flat ones. I've been putting tea tree oil on them.

Girl I'm turning 34 so trust me I feel u 1000%.. Girl what I do is Exfoliate once a week.. Every morning I wash my face with cold ass water. Ofcourse I stay hydrated aswell, I drink lots of water... Workout 4x a week, I eat pretty clean but I do allow myself to have 2 cheat days. I meditate once a week and GIRL!!!! TRY VASELINE!!! Twice aday... THAT changed everything...I do all this cuz it helps me stay balance ima mother so trust me I understand lol and girl I mean can I say y am I getting chin hairs too🤣🤣🤣 I'm like WHY GOD... it's a struggle just no ur not alone hun...Sharing my routine and tips with u...Hope it helps..Xoxo
P.S Alil side note. Ever since iv been using Vaseline on my face, neck and over all skin... Ppl swear I'm 27😉 I'm not mad at that...Try it out
IAm Andrea Gotti I do the same!!! I stay far away from hot water on my face as much as possible, but my body aches need the hot baths lol. After a bath my pores are sweating and ready to clean(kind of like steaming my face). Near the sink I wash my hands with soap, wash my face with a gentle cleanser, and then spin brush next I wash it off with cold water. Then a gentle stridex the one with aloe vera , glycolic if needed for scars, and moisturizer. In the morning it’s just cold water and moisturizer then spf. Simple as can be is best! Not all these 10step routines lol.

I felt like I had a whole damn beard. Laser is the best decision I've ever made, go now! Make sure they use a Yag laser which is safe for our skin. Go now before the hair turns gray then laser won't work! Be aware the hair may start to sprout back up after your 1st set of 6-12 session after some months hair can come back just go back in for 2 or 3 session to zap the follicles that reanimated!
I had small fine chin hairs since the age of 25 once I stopped taking birth control for my heavy menstrual cycles it's extremely frustrating.🙄

Well just turn 50 in July ..its harder to lose weight..using a razor would give u more hair..I use a twizer and my hair is coming grey under my chin..LOL..50 you feel aches and pain all over..for my skin (face) I been using Avocado oil and wash with black soap that works for me.
I agree with the razor brings in more hair, but the lazor needs the hair in the hair shaft. So no plucking 2 weeks before a lazer treatment. they require a shave right before you go in for the laser treatment.

Yes, weight and the bearding mess going on with me, like why? I picked one hair and more came in place on one side. Constantly picking causes scarring, I need these sprouts to stop for real. I'm 36. I'm increasing my exercise because I don't want to be a full size forty year old. No maam.
Girl perimenopause which can start at 35. 😲 I thought it would be hot flashes and mood swings around 50. I'm not 50! Some of the symptoms are insomnia, brain fog, heavy cycles, light cycles, no cycles, cloting cycles, long cycles, unwanted hair growth, headaches, anxiety, stomach issues, belly weight, muscle pain and a whole host of unwanted ish. Doctors are not as informed as I would have thought. I thought I was go cray. Prayer and meditation along with a herbalist has been great. Also that God for ggf's.
Omg both my wife and I have the same issues with the chin hairs. She gets them way more than me and she has definitely been thinking about trying laser hair removal. How many treatments do you have to complete?
They told me at least 6. I have my 2nd one tomorrow.

Seems like after I turned 40 I became allergic to things I use to eat on a regular basis. Avocado is one thing which is a big deal for me but I will try again one day to see.
37,38,39 were good. 40 is all downhill lol
The weight gain isnt real weight. Its water weight. Sometimes when you indulge that happens 😔

Get that strength training in as you get older. Forget a million supplements and develop a healthy whole foods diet that works for your body.
Lower estrogen and more testosterone production as you get older. Just wait until you hit the 40s?? Most changes were in my cycle can you say peri menopause....clutch ya pearls 😱😱😱
