From the sound of it no matter what our character in fallout 76 canonically doesn't save the Pitt which I like cuz it doesn't make us the hero just a person taking part in the world
That seems to be the case with post-Fallout 76 though. We have no indication of whether they successfully “reclaimed America” during the events of the other Fallout games. It’s reasonable to think the Scorchbeasts went extinct at least though. I am curious what happened in West Virginia in the coming decades/century; perhaps we’ll get hints and clues in future Fallout games.
I like both Pitt factions but the Fanatics are the most interesting to me! (I may be biased cause i love the raider factions xD) They are kinda mysterious in that they have no clear boss, i wonder if they even have a boss.. I also like their armor a lot, more clean & less rusty looking! Their dialogue upon dying "Finally the struggle is over" always gets me xD
You knocked it out of the park with this one! Absolutely love that intro as always and the voice over for the note was stellar. :) Honestly, the torture methods seem similar to Judge Zeller (East Boston Prep School) from Fallout 4, so maybe they keep adding to their ranks through torture methods but also proving oneself in battles/trials as we sorta see with the Hopefuls? I'd love for them to add on to the lore through more expeditions.
I’m loving these lore videos! These are some of my favorites :) The Pitt was my top favorite Fallout dlc alongside Dead Money so it’s awesome seeing 76 add onto it
What if the leader of the fanatics is the enclave? And the leader of the white spring responders or the mysterious benerfitter is also the enclave. Making survivors all go to war rather that work together
I loved the Pitt from F.o3. Pitt raider gear was the best light armour, gear and weapons imo. Glad they have done the prequel lore in 76. As far as your theory about BoS wiping them out, think you are spot on there. Them wiping out last of the Fanatics I mean. Stands to reason, as the only raider faction with organised torture squads had to be the Fanatics. They must of still been at war woth the Union, when Lyon's pride rolled through the Pitt. The Pitt raiders we see in F.O3 are no doubt some descendents of the Fanatics that survived the BoS, who must of hid out of sight with some othets ,til BoS left. Seems like raiders were destined to rule the Pitt, one way or the other. Though Ashur has them more organised as an army than a bunch of rabble raiders. I really hope they add the Pitt to the next Fallout game. Maybe even have a fresh protagonist questline, like you grow up in the Pitt, work way up as a slave, or work way up as a Pitt raider, becoming one of Ashurs lieutenants or second in command. Helping to rebuild the Pitt and recruit stronger soldiers etc. I suppose by time of the next Fallout Ashur should be getting really old and teady to hand over leadership. Questline should let you choose which way you want to lead the Pitt. Build a huge army and expand Pitt raider territory, kidnapping and going on slave runs, or let the slaves become free citizen s of the Pitt, workers with equal rights, actually turning the Pitt into a free and democratic industrious society, city. Turn the Pitt raiders intto a legitimate, by the book regular army. Help clean it up with GECKS, and outside scientists and clear and clean up all trogs .Finding a lasting cure for TDC.Theres so much potential to the Pitt I think.
Thank you! And there are a few game guides, I think Fallout 3, New Vegas, 4, and 76 have one. I have the Fallout 3 guide from years ago and there is a ton of random lore and little facts in it!
@@T0nikInteresting, ill check out those game guides eventually. So no one writing actual novellas, side stories yet? I mean official writers, like they have for Star Wars, that write stories, implementing and creating lore, stuff like that.
How do I start another expedition? Done one when it first come out but can't since, no one is highlighted/marker to talk to, the quests are permanantly grayed out in my pip boy, and I tried talking to the soup lady to hopefully trigger it and she has nothing for me 🤷♂️

it took me a few months to realize that the stamps were actually war bonds

Thanks for the lore. I love learning more or theories about the game. Did an awesome job
Like the intro switch up
Thank you!
I love the Dark Lore videos. Nicely done! Is there any published material for the Fallout series in terms of novels or guide books?

When you start the Pitt storyline are you trapped there until you finish? Or can I travel back and forth to West Virginia?
You can always go back to west virginia, the game saves your progression in the Pitt at checkpoints.
