I can't believe I missed this 6-7 years ago. Still, one of the best teaching of Buddhism out there by this woman.

This aged very well. Indeed, it is a timeless teaching. What more can any human being ask for? To enjoy and convey a timeless message, as relevant today as in a thousand years from now. Or ten thousands years from from now and to enternity. 🙏🏻

Thank you so much for the great video! I'm not in a place, or a situation where I can easily seek Buddhist teachings. Your videos have been of great importance to me... Thank you 😊

Great lesson on Buddhist concepts. This is our eventual goal as spiritual beings, and self-realization.

I really enjoy your videos, thank you for sharing your knowledge on Buddhism. I have a suggestion that I think would be extremely helpful. A playlist where you go into depth on the four noble truths and the eightfold path. Each aspect is certainly worthy of it's own video, and a playlist would be a great way for your followers to take in such a broad subject. Keep up the great work, I have a great respect for what you're doing!

I am happy you are back with another video.
I wish you could create these teachings more frequently as I enjoy watching you and take in the information easily.
Would you have some suggestions of some
    Documentaries
    Movies
    UA-cam channels
    Etc
    Which might be worth watching?
I learn more efficiently via visual and audible sources.
    Thank you in advance,

I love your videos so much, so enlightening and quite calming to really let everything you're saying truly soak in. There's so much wisdom contained within your videos I believe that one can't absorb it all after just one viewing. I'm heading out on a walk now and I am going to listen to some of your videos and hopefully the combination of being alone with nature and listening to some buddhist wisdom will make for a lovely experience! :)

Please answer this!I have a lot of goals... very big goals. I want to go pro in mixed martial arts and inspire a lot of people to follow their dreams and spread love everywhere. I haven't met these goals lately and is the idea to find peace in the present moment while not having your happiness dependent on achieving these goals? Also another example I have is this. What if there is this guy who hasn't had any female company in a long time. How is he supposed to find contentment in the present moment without craving?

Mindah, what was the meaning behind the Buddha's 'Fire Sermon'? TS Eliot includes it in his poem 'The Waste Land' and he said that it is as important to Buddhism as 'The Sermon On The Mount' is to Christianity

Could be a catch 22 if a thought that thinks it is a person is making the 4 efforts- measure stress. Maybe watching through the space between arisings or from an non grasped zero equal point in the senses would allow trouble to be let go off easily.

Mindah, I wanna' know if you concede that Buddha was a black man?
No crazy diplomatic answers like: "Oh skin color doesn't matter". -Because if it matters enough to ignore it (or _change_ it), it matters enough to acknowledge it.
Oh, and I'll have you all notice that at the time of this post, Mrs. Kumar is still currently at *Zero* down votes,.... so I can't be that big of a douche.
