The man you are so casually bashing is Dan Cerrillo who is owner of CF Bellevue and my coach. As well as he spent 12yrs in NSW Command. Having spent 10yrs in SOF myself and then coming to his place and training and working side by side with this man I can say he most certainly will chew you up and spit you out. Regardless of his size he will outlift and out perform you any day of the week.
Folks who bash young folks in the States should watch this video. They pay good money to attend Marks facility.A very motivated group of men and women.Seals are some of the most motivated people on the planet,They have to be as their lives and those of their mates depend on it.The US Navy site has info on how to try to get a Trident.
When guys retire from something like SEALs it is often difficult for them to deal with not having the same regimented lifestyle where everyone around them works out all the time and they have to be fit as evidenced by the guy who was just on the today show in an attempt to break the world record for pullups in a day and he had previously ballooned up to over 300 pounds. This means nothing about them not knowing what it takes to be a SEAL and how to train others
If you want to see more great workouts like this, please subscribe to my UA-cam channel and watch my video called Sergeant suicide's galvanized iron trainings or Sergeant suicide's superhuman strength training thanks in advance for your friendship kindness and support and stay healthy and safe
The idea is not to be positive and encouraging. Tests for special forces are not training, per se, but rather a physical, mental, and emotional challenge meant to push the recruits to their limits and weed out all but the very toughest. Once selection is over, then training can begin which, though still very regimented in the military fashion, is focused on developing the skills and toughness of the recruits, but does not carry the same purpose of intentionally trying to get people to give up
actually, i bet if they could if they went through the exact amount of training and preparation you did - that is assuming you can indeed seeing as you decided to come in like a smartass. everyone has the exact same amount of potential to complete anything life throws at you, notice it's life that does the throwing not arrogant bastards - those people are just in a lonely world that feels close to real thing - but juuust not quite.
Greg Amundson's intensity, motivation and leadership; something that cannot be taught/bought. he's the man!
HAHAHAHAHA the instructor breaking character at 6:23 starts cracking up and walks away from it. So much for rabid wolverine lol.
