Arm Wrestling exercises. Started back adding 1lb again today for pronation and rise. 9/9/24

  • Rise felt kind of difficult, but I didn't get started til the end of the day after I was already tired. Didn't get as much sleep as I would have liked either. Pretty sure longer sleep and food will fix it. Pronation still easy.
    rise at 75.5lb and pronation at 85.5lb
