Wow what a lovely house lots of beautiful features . my only issue is the downstairs toilet that is accessible via the utility that’s a bit of a problem coz your utility will be quite messy most of the time and guests have to go through that to access the toilet .
Hiya, the garage is where the sales office is and this is the trend with most show homes. If the garage is ever vacant we will be sure to tour it, like we have done in this tour: ua-cam.com/video/2X37l4oB77Q/v-deo.html
British homes bedroom, are too small. Limited bathrooms to the amount of bedrooms and the kitchen need more space. The price can be a little less. Maybe £315,000.00
Why do British homes use radiators in 2024? The kitchen cabinets should reach the ceiling, and there should be an island for more workspace and storage. That is one small sink. Why is there no storage in the bathroom?
@@disabledparentspoliticalun4830 I live in an area that is often the coldest in the USA. We have whole-house heating and air conditioning, which works well without taking up space in the rooms.
Looks great, but I'm very fearful of buying a new build house. I've seen so many horror stories. The show home will obviously be very perfect, but what's to ensure the finished house I buy will not have any snagging issues (minor and major)?
What we recommend is for you to take a walk around the site and take note of any homes being completed. Are they just left open to the elements or secured? Is the site overly chaotic (some chaos is to be expected) but are there fragments of bricks, glass, wood just dumped everywhere. It's not a direct indication but these give clues as to how the site is managed - and generally if the site is poorly managed, so will the quality control. New Builds can be a fantastic investment due to them having to comply with the more recent energy efficiency standards. We hope that helps :)
@@PropertyVlogsUKToo far. Too small. Too expensive. I want this exact same house but larger with better upgrades, breathtaking views, and in the middle of Chelsea, London. And I will pay you a dollar. And I want it now damn it!
For the price and sq. footage this house is very well designed.
In less then 10y will be cracking
Nice house... Interesting colour scheme... TINY windows

stop complaining about everything lol nobodys making u buy it
You won't last long in the UK without radiators. It's freezing here.
@@dems8452@dems8452 Not complaining; asking why, there is a difference.

It's almost impossible to compare UK properties with those in the USA.

Hiya, you can reach us via the link in our latest video description :)
Why are the windows tiny though, like they should all be double the size.
Beautiful house, but I expected to see a window in the landing.
Nice home, but I wish new builds would invest in some green spaces and trees.. Too sterile for me..
And that's where you come in, to make that house a home :)
How I can buy this house from out sid UK or should I came Frist... I'm in Saudi Arabia
Is it in London? Or what city/country it is? So pretty
Hi there, the location is in the description :) it's outside of London ;)

Grey paint 🥴🙄
Why are British houses ugly on the outside?
Because beauty is in the eye of the beholder :P
