I like the way they have positioned the kitchen with a small walled area separating it from the sun room whilst still being in the same space. I like your presenting style and your very calming voice.

That sun room looks really nice, but I bet it would be absolutely freezing in winter...glass, even double glazed glass, is terrible for heat retention (and there's so much of it in that room). Especially if, like most new builds, they've had to install one of those horrible ground source heat pump (don't think they mentioned that though).
That's not really a " sun room ", just an extension as it has proper walls and windows like any other room. A sun room or conservatory is usually completely made of glass
