Your pretty strong. I just installed HD springs in my F350 Superduty and it was a bear. Wrestling the new spings in through the fenders and dealing with 4 inch dual exhaust. Its pretty rewarding knowing you saved a bunch of money.
I know you spoke about the ride quality being stiffer, but can't that be addressed with different shocks? It makes sense that if the leaf's were worn out, then quite possibly the shock are too, no?
I got a new 2013 e450 at a police auction at an incredible price! Need to find a place to swap the truck body to a box truck so I can use it for work or sell it! No idea how to find a place to get this work done.. Even if I spend 5-10 Grand on the trailer swap I'll still be way under Market value
