I don’t understand why comments are hating on him being “ meticulous”in a brewery? Brewery, especially microbrewery is meticulous work, otherwise your entire batch gets ruined. If they don’t like that kind of meticulousness, they shouldn’t be in microbrewing.

Also don't forget all of the health saftey stuff they have to keep up with, its a lot of work. Cleaing before tasting the beer is also important cause anything can mess with the taste and then cleaning after.

Seeing how much attention he pays to every detail, I'd most definitely like to try his beer. Why is everyone complaining? The fact that a person handling something you're gonna be ingesting really tries to make sure it's good is commendable in my book.

I understand him being meticulous. It's brewing in a factory! When you are in a factory, you have to be very extra, you have to extra clean and sanitize, check everything from micro to macro, etc. That's because if you ignore small things it might result to hazardous or it might creat hazard that might affect the production, so being meticulous is very important and the very best thing to discipline for everyone who works in the factory.

I understand...if someone want the work to be perfect...that is why they are so meticulous....but please understand, that not everyone are same like you (want it to be perfect)...
If you want it to be perfect, as your target...please explain to the person you are involved with, and explain it to them why you want it to be perfect...don't make them feel useless...

That’s a bad idea. If you are both perfectionists you will get too caught up on everything being perfect and get stressed. You need someone who can tell you not everything needs to be perfect. I’m a perfectionist and it would be a recipe for disaster if I married someone else who is a perfectionist.

He exactly like my ex boss. My ex boss used to put a lot of pressure on me and making me feel useless. Sometimes I worried for no reason whenever I am at my office. So I could understand his staff and wife experience. Not easy at all to cope with his demand and our own mental health as well.

Almost everyone on this show has some sort of job, like the South Asian guy who owns a travel agency with his brother, the German married to a Korean comedian who run a gym, or the Central Asian woman who wants to be an actress.

@@jamielee1007 I think you are missing the point. The way they are overly enthusiastic about his company makes it seem like more of a commercial than about the couple or the business. The hosts are overly praising the beer and all things associated with it, which comes off as contrived and phoney

@J K this couple is business obsessed though, so even if it is paid advertising, it still makes perfect sense. They don’t live together, hang with in-laws, cook together, or raise kids together like the usual scenes we see in kdoc documentaries.
