Farming Rom thats what i mean. When you’re drunk, you dont know what you’re doing, it’s hard to control yourself. That’s why you shouldn’t drink in first place. I’m against drinking because it cause a lot of problems and destroys a lot of relationships, homes and families.
My respect for seunggi increased x10 because of that answer. That was an answer of a smart and rational guy who knows how to trust his partner.

Unlike sangyoon and sehyung, sungjae didn’t have trust issue with his girlfriend. He just said that if he had a girlfriend, he himself could just choose not to meet his female friends. By that sentence I suppose he meant if he did so, he hoped his girlfriend would also do so. But he didn’t specifically state she shouldn’t meet her male friends. Then he said he would just drop and pick her up if she’s going to meet her friends. It means she still has the freedom to have friends and he’s there to accompany her. That’s quiet thoughtful.

We know sungjae is really friendly..but there is a line between him and his female friends. He is actually very awkward when dealing with girls. That's why i think that he can do that easily
It's not about the food nor drink that makes ppl cheat or make mistakes. It is the person itself, it depends on what they choose or decide when the situation arise. So I go for SeungGi's answer. Trust only works when you earn it, and trust works both ways.

if i found out later she met her ex for a drink, then I would ask her the reason. My reaction will depend on what and how she answers.
I've never got cheated on myself. But in my view, everyone is free to do anything they want. If my girlfriend wants to cheat on me, she's free to do so. But that means she doesn't really want to be with me anymore. I'm also free to dump her. There's consequence to every action. She's an adult who are fully responsible for her own actions. It's not my place to dictate what she can or can't do. And i don't need to. She should know what she's capable of, whether a solo drink with her ex can lead to cheating or not. If it can and it's not the outcome she desires, she should know not to drink with her ex in the first place. There's also a possibility that her ex may drug and rape her. But i wouldn't blame her for failing to calculate that possibility. she would be a victim and i wouldn't consider it cheating.
I lov the way Seungi thinks. That's how I am and that is how everyone needs to be. The hard part is letting them go if anything happens but after lots of tears i will definitely dump him because if let's say something happens when they are drunk it means they don't love you enough. When a person drinks their real self comes out. So that's it. If your carnal desire is stronger than your love for the other than it's pointless being together. Exactly, "prohibiting" them from seeing their friends will only make them believe you don't trust them and it'll be worse for the relationship. On top of that, like you said, if your partner wants to cheat on you they will cheat on you anyway, alcohol only makes it easier. To me they're projecting who they are tbh. Maybe they cannot trust themselves drunk in the company of a woman, whether she has a boyfriend or not. In that case, again, that's THEIR problem.
Hello, i think for me Seunggis answer is somewhat off. The other didn't prohibit their gf to drink with friends (male or female). They just don't want their gf to drink WITH A MALE FRIEND ALONE, that for me seems reasonable. We all need to understand the context not just what they first says.
Se Hyeong: He said that he's okay with coffee, meal or hanging out but not drinking ALONE with a male friend. He didn't say that he doesn't trust his gf but he doesn't trust alcohol. His explanation is when you drink you lost rational thinking, which is true.
Sang Yoon: He's also ok with coffee and meal or hanging out but not drinking ALONE WITH A MALE FRIEND. He didn't say he didn't trust his gf also but he didn't trust the guy. Hahaha
Sungjae: He's ok with it also but he wants to take and pick up his gf after hanging out with her friends (male or female). But not drinking ALONE with a GUY FRIEND.
Seunggi has a point also that he if he's gf made a mistake then they didn't made for each other. That's why he put so much trust on his gf, but his reasons are to idealistic. And idealistic relationships don't extist. You need to set limitations and red flags.

But this also makes me think don't u think a good girlfriend really knows who can n cannot be trusted because when it comes to me i will never go out drinking alone with just anyone. If I were to go its only with someone that i know for a very long time and he has proved me on multiple occasions but then again i am not much of a drinker and if i had a boyfriend i would ask him to pick me up for my own safety purposes. i love seunggi's answer. i would never stop my boyfriend from meeting female friends, and i wouldn't stop meeting my male friends just because i'm in a relationship. friendships are so important in life so i really don't understand why it's romanticised to dump friends for a lover. like seunggi said, if the partner cheats on you using alcohol as an excuse then you're better off without them. i would rather trust fully and move on if my trust gets broken rather than be doubtful and paranoid throughout the entire relationship

I watched bbyu wgm and i like his personality..
I remember the one with him covering joy's lap for most of the broadcast. I remember him being extra cautious when joy was talking to strangers in Hainan. Also when he didn't like the idea of Joy going to clubs and decided that he will tag along instead. Protective and loving 💙
The most ideal and the most mature way would be seunggi's. Even I would go for that route but a part of me would go more for sangyun's ideology. I trust my partner but it's the alcohol I don't trust.

I've been drunk alone around many of my guy friends who had feelings for me while I was in a relationship, neither of us ever crossed the line , in fact they've always respected my boyfriends and have always sent me home and have never taken advantage of me and me of them.

LSG point of view is more mature in my opinion, is about trust if you can’t trust your partner then why even be in a relationship with them? I would never prohibit my boyfriend from spending time with his friends because friends are also important imagine all of the sudden your best friend stops hanging out with you because they have a boyfriend/gfriend. Friendships are as important as sentimental relationships they both bring different benefits.

But from all of them I prefer Sungjae's opinion bcs for me its more realistic to do and its meant he also thought about his partner feeling. It's up to the person who's in the relationship (whether it's the guy or girl) to set the boundary and say I'm sorry but I'm in a relationship and I will be faithful to him period. It doesn't matter the gender. Any person in a relationship knows going drinking with 1 person of opposite gender (even if it's a friend or coworker), bad things can happen. I 100% agree with Seunggi! Seunggi trusts that his partner can make their own decisions and if mistakes happen when drinking then it's a subconscious reflection on their feelings so they are just not meant to be. Seung Gi is so right.. I remember my previous relationship lasted 6 years.. He had a female best friend, and many times he went out with his friends at night clubs and even went on trips alone with his friends etc... But I never doubted him for a minute, and this was mutual... Because I trusted him blindly, he made me so sure of him, he gave me that safety... I knew and he knew too that we only had eyes for each other.. therefore our relationship lasted for so long.. and we broke off for other reasons but never had to do with cheating or jealousy... Trust and loyalty are the most fundamental elements of a relationship.. if they are not there forget it...

Totally agree with Seung Gi. When we set restrictions on our partner, it can make them resentful towards us because we're taking away some of the freedoms they used to take for granted. If you can't trust them with alcohol or around opposite-gender friends, then you can't trust them period.

100% agree with Seung-Gi. Mutual respect and trust is absolutely necessary for a happy relationship. I think putting restrictions on yourself and your significant other just causes built up insecurities and paranoia. Platonic friendships exist but if your partner steps over the boundaries whether or not under the influence means it just wasn't meant to be, when trust is broken you shouldn't be sad about letting someone like that go because they're just not worthy.
