Unfortunately this is exactly the sort of thing that's gets our beaches closed. Glad everyone is ok but realistically what you were doing was completely reckless and irresponsible.
And UA-camrs complain about beaches and tracks getting closed. How irresponsible, glad everyone is ok but never complain about tracks and beaches getting closed. You want to race stick to the racetrack. Stop acting like a teenager and grow up!
Comes to w.a where our state is a nanny enough state enough and we get locked out of every beaches for breathing then pulls this shit ? And tjm who even lives there thinks its a smart idea when already they are getting beach closures
It’s important to prioritize safety for yourself and your family. If I were in your position I’d consider reevaluating the approach to ensure everyone’s well-being, For your sponsors I would discontinue sponsoring you.
You could have simply buried this video and not shared it at all. However you chose to show it, warts and all, and use it as a warning to others that even experienced 4WD drivers can make judgement errors which could lead to tragic consequences. I reckon well done for sharing this and owning it. I certainly didn’t see anyone else on that stretch of beach so there is that in terms of risk mitigation. Thanks for sharing.
One thing doing stupid shit by yourself but having kids in the car is wildly irresponsible. If feel horrible after hurting my family doing something like that
divot was obviously towbar and can be clearly seen in the video BUT the biggest uestion is why are yuo travelling so fast on a beach? I thought they all has speed limits there. Either way it has to be considered as an uneven surface, so just being a bit stupid doing near 50mph on them. The vehicle is not the best for ground clearance and has a lot of poorly designed low slung parts so again, best not push past it's boundaries. Probably start trying to be a bit more responsible. I guess your channel will get sidelined again after this... Stopped watching ages ago as you were jsut being an idiot...
That happened to me once, I've learned my lesson and I wasn't even speeding, the bump caught me off guard, you can't spot those bumps and dips, hence why we can't be silly on the beach, I'm glad you're all ok
God damn, y'all. That was some serious air time, and coulda ended so badly. Taken as a painful lesson learned and never to be repeated. Otherwise, that Dobinson suspension did a great job keeping y'all safe.
Thanks bud outstanding fkn effort ,youve more than likely ruined it for families and the like who just want to respect and enjoy the good ol beach drive ,sensational
Those whoops are hard to spot sometimes. For everyone saying it’ll shut down the beach’s have no idea. Although if I had family in the car I would not of done what you did always drive with cars. The thing that shuts down beaches is people littering and goes of the track and wrecks the bush. No one else was on the beach although the accident no one else was in danger. The only negative was it listed as west coast when it’s about 600kms or more around the corner of what WA labels as west coast as that’s dunsborough-exmouthish ( west coast) Esperance like Albany is labeled south coast (of wa)
If you're a responsible road user, you wouldn't have any of those listed issues either. If you have all four it's time you learnt to focus on you're driving. I like Ruben, his adventures are okay, but that was a silly bloody thing to do. Now just imagine if it has of ended worse, well yes the authorities would take a dim view of, 1- Drag racing, 2- Racing with occupants aboard and unfortunately the consequences of such an incident would result in a desk pen/paper pusher that results in us all having further restrictions placed upon us. Drive responsibility on & off road, don't share idiotic moments for all the nah sayers to accumulate clout against us. Yes, I am experienced, yes I have had one speeding fine, (1) in NSW in early 80's by a KR-11 unit off the side of a XD Falcon, yes I remember it well. I now have in excess of 50 years of driving experience, in all states of Australia and zero incidents off roading on beaches in S.A., Tas., Qld., N/T., WA so yes I can say that action was totally irresponsible. Get over it. Can't defend stupidly.
@@chrissteer3733 Sure I have had fines not for over 30 years now.. If your on a public forum like he is do you think its great idea to speed on the beach. Family in the car. ? Never a stop light fine speeding fines yes I have had them. the worst was 14 k over the limit. I was in a area I did not know and when I turned onto the road there was no speed signs. saw the 100 k sign ahead and sped up. The camera car was just before the sign. It was not worth fighting as I was inter state.
Brave of you to show that. If its stops one person from doing such a clearly stupid thing it's worth it. Hopefully it does. Bet you treat your wife and child well this Christmas because you could have been having a Christmas without them. Subscribed . Look forward to watching more of you and you proving it was just a momentary lapse of reason.

He's in a grenadier, Ronny Dahl tested one in low range to discover it utilised all 8 gears in low range and could accumulate about 80 Klm's an hour. Don't believe for one minute the 76 was in low range at 80 Klm's an hour though 🤣.
You probably use a 9 inch angle grinder and when it is worn down put the blade on smaller machine. that is so dangerous as well one spins at 11000 rpm other at 9000 blade can fly apart.

@6226superhurricane exactly, but the Rubicon is specifically built with that transfer/diff reduction gearing.
