Reflection and glaring from what i see.
Excellent review! Comprehensive and you mentioned a few things that even I, an owner of the Inzone M9, didn't know. Great work.
Thanks for the comment I really appreciate it 🙏🏽
What were some of things you didn’t know ?
@@FIREWOLFTECH Laptop connecting through USB C! I thought I would have to switch out my desktop's hdmi but the USB C feature is super convenient
@@fauzan8236 yes that’s a super convenient feature and should be standard on all monitors of that price point 🔥
Great review!
Thanks 🙏🏽 🔥
Ok im gonna calibrate it, i finally updated it a couple months ago and the HDR all the sudden popped. Ive had it since last year, and the 4k is so crispy
4K really is crispy 🔥
Best review, you even showed the outputs amazing
Thanks 🔥 I appreciate the comment
Does yours tilt slightly upwards by any chance?
I just received one and the pivot doesn’t go down any further and it’s at a permanent upwards angle 💀
what cable did you use for connect macbook via thunderbolt port? i've tried mine, it didn't work..
Brilliant review and thanks. Need some help i have a ps5 and an x box series x and currently game on a 55' OLED 4K LG tv. However i game a hell of a lot and my friends said i have to get a monitor and ill never go back to a tv. So..... i want an OLED 27 or 28" with 4k and 1ms and at least 120hz with HDMI 2.1 sockets, basically all the best for console gaming. Which monitor do you recommend then or is this Sony Inzone M9 the one to go for even though its IPS 4K UHd and not OLED?
Thanks 🙏🏽 I appreciate the comment.
As for getting a monitor, it makes a significant difference gaming on a monitor vs a larger TV and you’ll honestly get better.
As for OLED monitors, at the moment there’s no 4K, they are at 1440P since these OLED monitors have super high refresh rates. I’ve done videos in the Corsair XENEON OLED 27, LG OLED 27, and just uploaded the ASUS ROG SWIFT OLED 27 (which I think is the better of the 3)
If you want 4K, than this INZONE M9 is an amazing option and I highly recommend it. And if you’re in a room where it gets very bright, then this is the one you want.
OLEDS are amazing, but suffer from very bright rooms, so if you game at night, or can control the lighting, than OLED is a great option too
EDIT : OLED gaming monitors that are 27” at the moment aren’t 4K
Hi thanks for your feedback I’ve just seen this not sure if you know about it, what’s you’re thoughts on this LG 27GR95QE OLED or the Sony Inzone M9 ?
Thanks for the review , should I buy this Sony Inzone M9 or do you have any other and better recommendations ? Some ppl told me 27" is not suitable for gaming but 32" and above. Is IPS better than OLED ? So confusing…!
I feel you on the confusing part. There’s so many options so it really comes down to your personal preference, budget, and space. Any size is great for gaming what really matters is how you prefer to see the action and of course the specs of the monitor. IPS displays are a safe choice and have been the preferred option for many years. OLED has recently been hitting the monitor market so its still fairly new. OLED has its pros and cons, but like TVs, once you experience OLED its hard to go back to IPS.
The SONY INZONE M9 in my experience is a great choice and you wont be disappointed. Other recommendations would be the LG 27GP950-B which I did a video on
hello good morning, whoever told you this doesent know about gaming.. Best is 27 and BELOW!!!!
Would you say this is better than the Neo G7 4K 32" Mini LED?
Do you have any vertical banding with the panel? (If you said this in the video I apologize.)
I just picked one up and I have it bad. Also significant dimming along the bottom edge.
@@PixlPath if it’s within the return policy, return it and get the acer p3 when it’s on sale at Best Buy. It’s $400 less and twice as good, have had both.
@@thevisi0naryy I’ve been looking at that one. I heard it’s a pain to switch settings / inputs with their controls. Was that your experience?
@@PixlPath the OSD is definitely very annoying, but for $600 the picture is mint. Much better than the Inzone. There are some comparisons against the Innocn Mv2 on my channel.
Plan on buying this an a ps5 next month hope ill be getting the right monitor for warzone 2 on ps5
That is one of the best combos and you can't go wrong at all. You're gonna love gaming on it !
so is vrr basically 4k 60fps but uncapped?
i wanna get this monitor but i heard that during in gameplay it goes in and out and that the screen sometimes flickers? can someone confirmed this for me please
Yes I have one and this is true. I thought it was only a defect in mines. It happens like once every 3 weeks. I just unplug it and it comes back on normal every time.
I have heard it may due to a hdmi issue. Try the Sony HDMI they sale as aftermarket. It’s really beefy and all white. This will handle the power this monitor puts out really easy.
Does the usbc charge your laptop while in use ?
I would think not, the usb c port on the monitor is rated at 15W, and a MacBook like that one comes with a 140w charger.
not while in use. It'll probably make it last longer, but not enough to have the battery increase
How would this work with the Xbox series X? Same as the PS5?
Yeah it’ll be the same, just use an HDMI 2.1 cable and youre good
did you ever have an issue where the display cuts out?
display cutting off has happened before, but only once in rare occasions. I don't remember which monitors were being used at the time
Hello bro, you have eye strain with this monitor ? please tell me a honest answer.
No
I know I'm commenting a bit late, but I have faith you might still respond. I'm really lost between 2 monitors, the Sony Inzone M9 and the LG 32GQ950-B. The thing is, I'm scared that I'd miss the real 4K feature as some say that 4K are meant for 32" no 27" monitor s. Moreover, on rtings website, they tested and confirmed in-game flickering while playing some PS5 games on the LG 32GQ950-B.
I'm quite lost and I need to make up my mind on this. Can you please choose 1? Thank you ❤
Both monitors are solid choices for the PS5. In my opinion, having 4K even on a smaller display means you get a higher PPI density. You get 163 PPI with the inzone m9 vs 137 PPI on the 32-inch. Even a macbook pro 16-inch has a resolution of 3456-by-2234 on a 16-inch, i don't hear anyone saying how its "useless" to have that many pixels.
I would personally choose the LG but that's only because I prefer a larger monitor. If you prefefr 27" get the M9, you wont be dissapopinted ;)
You could also look into the G7 4k : ua-cam.com/video/iItQa9lSdiE/v-deo.html they have it in both 32" and 28"
@@FIREWOLFTECH I checked out your G7 video and the review gave me everything I needed to know about it. I'm sticking to the M9, since I noticed the colors and HDR were way better (from your M9 review as well). Also, I'm a pure PS5 gamer so I need something that will boost my PS5 gaming experience.
It's funny how I initially thought that these 500K+ content creators will help me make my mind about the monitor, but here we go, a decent dedicated hardworking content creator (after more than a week of searching) did the job for me. Not all heroes wear capes, thank you so much FireWolfTech.
I really appreciate the feedback ♥️🔥 means a lot to me
Should I buy 2 of these for home office work only?
These are great for office work, but you might be able to save more for a similar spec’d monitor without the gaming performance and high refresh rates. If you like the way this monitor looks and don’t mind a gaming monitor, then go for it 🔥
@@FIREWOLFTECH thanks 🙏 Bro. Actually I want and need high refresh rates for office work because I like working in 144hz lol. But I could really save some money… Well gonna think about it…
Hey how is it holding up for you? I’d like if you could reply here or even make a “x period later” video for all us wanting to know and trust me we are many
I don’t have this monitor anymore, I’ve been testing out new ones
Does this has Mac usb connector
Are you referring to USB-C ? Because you could use a combability USB-C (10gbps or higher) to connect your Mac
Looking at a monitor to pair with ps5pro and gta6online2
Honestly the PS5 Pro would def be out before GTA6 lol. Either way, this monitor is a solid choice. Other ones I would recommend
LG 27GP950-B : ua-cam.com/video/T14MvUl4nu0/v-deo.html
163 pixels per inch is a VERY LOW Pixel density for a 4k monitor at 27 inches. Plz correct me if I am wrong
Every 4K 27” monitor will have almost the same exact pixel density
@@FIREWOLFTECH noted with thanks
What tv this monitor compares to?
I’m not sure which TV, but monitor wise, I’d compare it to an LG 27GP950-B that I did a video on
@@FIREWOLFTECH which one has better colors and looks sharper for 4k pc gaming between this monitor and this specific LG you referenced above? Thanks for the video btw.
@@user-lw6ho2rg7d it’s hard for me to say honestly. The only way I can confidently give an answer is if I had them side by side. All I know is that whichever you go with, you can’t go wrong.
I do personally prefer the LG for the better stand and RGB lighting in the back, but the Inzone offers more input options
@@FIREWOLFTECH thanks for the response
@@user-lw6ho2rg7d no problem ! Let me know which one you ultimately decide on
i don't understand how you calibrate correctly
Using the windows HDR app, you follow the onscreen steps, they give you two images where one of them is the correct one, and the other is not. You just adjust the brightness so that it matches the image that it wants (for example by not showing the cross by increasing the brightness enough)
I'm gaming on Xbox how can I download the app
Take off the hdr look how much better it looks
