    @MadWeiner Yes I'm referring to desiccated liver pills. I would take 8 to 10 pills with each meal. Keep in mind that my body weight was over 240ib. I'd also sip on glutamine threw out my workouts. We're just referring to precontest for 12 weeks. Just to support muscle growth and repair.

    @MadWeiner I'd say yes because your body will burn that off because your muscles will be looking for protein after your workout to support the healing growth process threw the night. Good choice

    @blitz34 @blitz34 @blitz34 If your not eating anything before your workout I think it will hurt your gains in the long run. Because when you train with weights your breaking down muscle fibers protein is what supports muscle growth without feeding the muscle before and after your workouts your recovery and gains will take much longer and be less noticeable. Try drinking eggs whites that's something that takes 10 seconds. Good luck bro

    flounder fillets are expensive although cheaper than salmon. I think 5 bucks a pound i think. Steak ranges from $3-12 a pound depending on cut. Chicken breast is about $2.30.

    For "cardio kills the volume", personnaly i'm naturally very very cut, and i also love cyclism, and when i do a veeeery long "running" (excus' my english), i can lost a looOOoot of body weight !!
    lol!! a lot.
    But, when i eat what i need and, mostly, if i sleep enough, everything is coming back soon :)

    hey kevin, thanks for the tips. but one question. id like to build up the thickness in my arms aswell, i usually only hit tris and bis once each week. when you stated that you could realistically hit them every other day for a short period of time as to not overtrain, is that assuming we have hormonal help? because, im not sure if 48hrs would be enough time to let them recover with a testosterone lvl of under 1500. appriciate any response, thanks kevin. you the man

    $5 a pound is the price of chicken breasts out here in the Chicago area (Half Foods and Jewel Osco). I wish they were $2.30 a pop!

    I can only workout 2 hours before bedtime.Is it ok to have a whey protein shake with dextrose immediately after my workout,then a meal like chicken and brown rice shortly before bed?

    Kevin, I usually have to workout very early in the morning (5 am or so) so I don't have time to get a preworkout meal in, will this hurt my gains in the long run?

    good video, i have wondered about morning cardio. i have been on 40-45 min every morning for the last 6 weeks and notices a big difference. can I ask why so many liver tabs?

    he kevin, i follow the same routine as the first guy, I train my tricep once a week. my tricep is pretty well developed but i wanted them to be huge. my question is can i train it everyday? thanks

    hey Kevin
    i always hear things like "Don't eat carbs after 'X' o'clock." Is it really true that it is bad to eat a little amount of carbs after 6.7.8 o´clock if you want to lose some body fat ??

    im hearing so much about liver tablets . why do so many people take this stuff . why dont the ''bro science'' youtube community ever talk about it or use it. can you give me a run down on the history of this and why i should use it

      Liver is a great source of protein and nutrition, 100 grams of liver contains 22g of good protein, and liver pills is not bad, because golden era's bodybuilders used it

    That's hard to believe.
    And second, eating flounder with every meal every day nobody can sustain that for longer periods of time.
