Seems pretty important but NONE of the manufacturers or even reviewers of these e-ink tablets address this. Is this really not important to anyone?
If it's still relevant, you can export (save) converted text as: - Single page (PNG) - Bitmap PDF - Vector-based PDF - TXT. I use TXT. If it's a single page, you can just copy it right there, or then copy the TXT into whatever office app (which you can freely download to the tablet, too.)

Hello, when you paste notes into a text box, you can alter the font from the top menu by selecting one of the available options. When you choose a typeface, it will be applied to all of your notebooks. Please let us know if this method does not solve the problem and we would love to help.

Hello, BOOX has promised to give all models free firmware updates for more than three years after the product came out. So every BOOX user can get improved experiences through updates.
When I use the *italic* and/or **bold** markdown syntax to change the style of the text, Boox Notes doesn't go back to the normal style after the ending *. It continues to be italic, and bold once the style has been used. I have to use the menu option to change the body text to get back to normal, and have to do it in a newline. Looks like this is a bug in the Notes app.
If I use the text feature in Note apps, not the handwritten feature, when I start a new note, can I still use the handwritten feature to make anecdotes, shapes and lines on my typed text? I have an amount of text to type but still also I have to add handwritten lines, arrows, shapes and drawing over pictures.

It is great to find the text notes supporting markdown, but disappointing to see that the exported .TXT file does not include the markdown styles used, but only plain text contents without the markdown syntax. Also, the Export function doesn't support exporting to other formats, like PDF, Word, etc., which again makes using the style formatting quite useless except within the Boox Notes environment.
I think u can save as simple text (with your markdown signs explicitly written) and then going in the folder where the file is saved and renaming the file by manually changing the format name from .txt in .md (it allows it). Then you can share the note with Obsidian which will recognise it as a markdown note as usual.
features i would like: 1. be able to open .txt files as text notes and edit them in the notes app. 2. change save location of notes file 3. change export location of exported file. currently it creates an exported document in local storage, which is useless to me if i want to, for example, sync text notes between an editor on my desktop and the notes app on my tablet. if i could save .txt exports to a dropbox folder, or better yet sync directly with a .txt file in dropbox, that would get me most of the way there.

Feature Request: Make some images part of custom shapes that are selectable from the shapes menu. I often have to draw/insert the same shapes over and over again which currently come from pictures. So it would be nice to have custom shapes from png or svg files that are added to the shapes menu! Thank you and keep up the good work.

On the toolbar on the left (or right, if you moved it,) there are icons for Page+ and Page-. Can be in "More" option. Page- deletes the page you're currently on. Page+ adds a new page after it.
Nice video! One thing I would love to see: I prefer using the pencil when writing notes on the iPad and especially the Scribe. But on Boox, I would really love the pencil to draw even finer than the lowest (.5) currently allows. Great features otherwise!

Yes, you can insert a link to a different note, to a file, or a website. In "Link to note" (in "Insert") you can choose to link to a whole notebook or to a specific page which can be in the same or different notebook.
