My daily meditations over the past few years have been a conjunction of your works, such as Practical Stocism and your summary of The Meditations.
Your ability to reflect on another’s work, and provide a stoic grounded reflection/insight on it is so valuable.
I’m elated to have another meditation companion, I appreciate your time and effort.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:38 📚 Summarizing Miyamoto Musashi's "Book of Five Rings" involves interpreting its 17th-century wisdom and applying it to the modern world.
01:33 ⛰️ Musashi's book is organized into five scrolls, representing grounding, adaptability, combat, perception, and practicality.
03:32 🌊 Mastery requires continuous practice and maintaining a combat mindset in daily life.
04:59 🌊 Physical posture and mental state are interconnected; maintaining a centered, balanced mindset is crucial.
06:30 🔥 Spirit control is essential; timing shouts and maintaining a composed yet energetic spirit are keys to victory.
21:40 💪 Core compound lifts deliver significant results in strength training, highlighting the importance of focusing on fundamentals.
22:07 🚀 Recognize that progress requires action, not just knowledge; the challenge lies in taking initiative.
23:04 🙅‍♂️ Avoid developing teachings solely for commercial purposes, as it can lead to overcomplicating techniques and drifting from the core principles.
24:27 👊 Real-world combat serves as a corrective mechanism, exposing the flaws in techniques and revealing what truly works.
30:12 📚 The responsibility for progress lies primarily with the student, who must embody principles through practice and self-driven research.

Victory over myself I had this during a 5 hour 5g dose of mushrooms had what people might refer to as a bad trip. But only after did I understand that it was not necessarily bad it was just a trip. And each trip is different something I needed to learn obviously. Feeling like I was in purgetory trapped I could move but I really rather lay down and contemplate everything it's hard to put into words the feeling other than total dredd but the experience was useful learned allot about myself in the trip learned I am much stronger than I thought learned nothing lasts forever no matter how bad it might feel.
