Lonliness is a myth spread by the ill, unwelled by popular delusion (self accepted).
The sickly, pulsing out their (self) comforting radiance, the marking of a predators territory. A light to shine on all slow enough to not revile it for it's false and reason less eviction of self from capability.
The prey; uninitiated youth, vulnerable innocence. Argue not with the aged (or experienced) self-convinced. The miracle of emotional conformation of physical fact convincing to the unknowing, under steady application, overly sweetened (for the self) ideals of pleasure and comfort, the prey forget they knew a peace that didn't requiring feeding or explanation.
The virtue of falsely buoyed stability grinding the ignorant, young, and uncatered, all taken in by the sin of kindness as apex. To gift the sickness that tells a human "human emotion in the negative is unnecessary and beyond comprehension or tolerance".
To know that there are those in the world of humanity, who in their generationally refined adherence to parasite coddling, will continue to teach the youth "drugs are a healthy and functional right of aware and intelligent people" is a mark of shame in this age of our collective development.
The truth of human being betrayed by the proposed necessity of stimulation beyond the natural state, it's supposed normality vouchsafed; sobriety (health) ignored as a greater insanity than parasitism.
Salve the wounded pride of the vulgar addict, crucify the outspoken advocate of reassessment. This is not a statement of conflict, rather a portrait of the true and natural order in it's biased equality (comfort belonging to those who crave it most).

Nostalgia is probably the worst thing in the world besides sadism and starvation. I was not a normal kid at all. I was BORN with death anxiety and dreaded every single birthday, dreading the end from the very beginning. I cried when I turned ten because I now had two digits in my age and I knew it was how many you usually have at death, never making it to three. I cried when I hit puberty. I cried when I realized I was taller than my mom. These events all hit like terminal cancer diagnoses and gave me literal trauma. By 14 I was more at peace with eventual death but I took that number the way most people tend to 30 or 40, that fear that youth is over and you really have to figure your life out. So imagine what "sweet 16" and "adult 18" felt like. No excitement whatsoever. Zero percent. Just such a weird and miserable child.
But I think due to being this way, I have an aversion to nostalgia. I don't understand how it's bittersweet for some people. It's literally the worst emotional feeling I've ever experienced, bar none. What it really is, is the feeling of permanent loss of something good. When I think about the fact that it would by now be essentially impossible to recreate certain happy moments in my earlier life, it's so emotionally devastating that I have to start blocking it out so I don't become a danger to myself. I hate nostalgia. I would probably have a brain surgery that could prevent it. Seriously.

The Egg Theory really does resonate with me. I had a terrible hospital visit in 2017 in which I had died under surgury for 20 minutes. When I was gone, I had a sense of calming solitude in which nobody had greeted me or walked with me. I strongly believe that it was not my time and I was brought back for a reason, but with your explanation that everyone around is basically me but not really me is overwhelming. In the sesne that I could be the worst and best version of myself on different timelines. It's not a crazy idea but its worth taking note of.

Wow 20 minutes, interesting experience! Glad you're fine and had a revelation. I also had an NDE but it was in another context. Very calming and serene vibe but no people or anything actually. Most of people brought back have a certain role in the world, even if it might not make sense for them how is that. I also get sometimes spooked by that theory, because I think it might have a truth to it, but also more aspects that are not seen perceived clearly. And after all, if all is you in another form, death is an illusion and the yourney of knowing yourself inside and outside (in others) might be a pretty fascinating road, especially when there are other things that are there, but can be caught and disecated by humans in order to study it.

I've been listening to theories about philosophy for most of my life. I settled on believing that there is only one Soul, and it is not limited by time or space, and we are ALL reincarnations of the same person. It makes it easier to be decent, considering I'm also the other person in another life. It also explains why so many of the women I know have been Cleopatra.

To each other to the planet to themselves to animals to everything… if we even had the smallest inkling we were amongst differing versions of a single self, why then would we behave like we do?
I also agree with the morality comment. Morality is a social construct so without others to agree or disagree from differing perspectives how would we as a group ever come up with what we deemed right or wrong, and how do you explain all the evil in the world happening bc essentially you’re saying it’s you who is a pedo or a murderer or a r+pist if everyone on earth is you, it’s you doing all the bad things that happen every day and that’s kinda messed up.
And what’s up w everyone thinking they were cleopatra 😂 I’ve heard that so many times esp with “past lives” people they’re always cleopatra like why her lol

The Dunning-Kruger effect is just so painful on so many levels... especially when it comes to discussions about religion. I taught logic courses for seven years, and when I see people making such flawed arguments for the existence of a god, and I try to challenge them on it, and they think that they know more than me but are making such obvious fallacies, it's painful. Some guy told me I didn't know how to "think cortically" because I broke out some basic formal logic to show him why what he said was not a valid argument. He claimed he was an expert philosopher and into apologetics but he didn't even know basic formal logic. 🤦‍♀
Knowing how much you don't know and then interacting with someone who knows far less than you but thinks that they're an expert is such a double whammy of mental anguish. It's like being smacked up on all sides.
I think I'll adopt your strategy and just let them wallow in their misinformation and keep quiet. It isn't worth the frustration.

@@CarefulHowYouStepIf being observed is a necessary condition for existence, then that thing from a higher dimension would also have to be observed, and that's just another formulation of the problem of infinite regress. As a result, I don't think we can take it as proven by quantum physics that something is observing us. Furthermore, a substantial number of quantum physicists are atheists (a considerably higher percentage than int the general population).
I do appreciate your speculation, because I've spent a lot of time thinking about things like what you've said here, and even though I'm an atheist, I am a philosophical Taoist as well, although Taoism is rather panentheistic and doesn't imbue a sense of consciousness onto Tao.
The analogy I like to use for consciousness the way I think about it is like a mushroom colony: a mushroom colony consists of a large underground mycelial network that produces mushrooms which produce spores and then decay or are consumed. The mushrooms can simultaneously be considered individual things, but also part of the greater whole. Every conscious living being is like a mushroom.
Of course, that's all completely speculative and at best an imperfect analogy, and we don't even have an agreed upon definition of consciousness. Many scientists believe that consciousness is an emergent property of sufficiently complex computation amongst neurons. (See the consciousness hypotheses of materialism and emergentism.)

Those kinder versions of me are the more matured ones who reached a reasonable point of enlightenment. It also aligned with buddhism's "We are One" and Christian's "Do to your neighbors what you want to be done unto you"...makes me wonder what if Jesus was our final Form? Just because you need employees to function does not attribute the success of that company to it’s employees. Those employees don’t control the company. They are essentially just a resource, similar to machinery and materials. Cogs in a wheel.

The only philosophical strand that is useful everytime in every situation is so called stoicism. I was stoic as a child and a teenager. People got disturbed by that. They thought I was being rude and even useless. Glad I was which had me never been forced to indulge in anything I would have regretted anyway. I had no frame of explanation except I simply had been there. And now I know about stoicism I have a word, maybe even some sentences to describe my inner self. But what really does it mean to anyone? Nothing.
Philosphy is no more an inner monologue to help yourself to get out of mental trenches. Now it is a mass marketed tool to stimulate people in certain ways. In the ancient days it was a mere moment of distraction from everyday chores when a "philosopher" spoke in the market place. It was a brief moment of relieve. Today it seems so damning necessary that one must have read this and that to be held accountable and seen as a professional. Philosophy however was never meant to be a profession. It was never meant to become what we today have made of it.
Philosophy means to reflect before you act. It means to be aware what is going on and how you can react in a better way. In that sense there is no such greatest philosophical theory I need to attach myself to.

In this speculative scenario, let's consider Leibniz's Monad (first emanation of God), from the philosophical work "The Monadology", as an abstract representation of the zero-dimensional space that binds quarks together with the Strong Nuclear Force:
    1) Indivisibility and Unity: Monads, as indivisible entities, mirror the nature of quarks, which are deemed elementary and indivisible particles in our theoretical context. Just as monads possess unity and indivisibility, quarks are unified in their interactions through the Strong Nuclear Force.
    2) Interconnectedness: In the Monadology, monads are interconnected in a vast network. In a parallel manner, the interconnectedness of quarks through the strong force could be metaphorically represented by the interplay of monads, forming a web that holds particles together.
    3) Inherent Properties: Just as monads possess inherent perceptions and appetitions, quarks could be thought of as having intrinsic properties like color charge, reflecting the inherent qualities of monads and influencing their interactions.
    4) Harmony: The concept of monads contributing to universal harmony resonates with the idea that the Strong Nuclear Force maintains harmony within atomic nuclei by counteracting the electromagnetic repulsion between protons, allowing for the stability of matter.
    5) Pre-established Harmony: Monads' pre-established harmony aligns with the idea that the strong force was pre-designed to ensure stable interactions among quarks, orchestrating their behavior in a way that parallels the harmony envisaged by Leibniz.
    6) Non-Mechanical Interaction: Monads interact non-mechanically, mirroring the non-mechanical interactions of quarks through gluon exchange. This connection might be seen as a metaphorical reflection of the intricacies of quark-gluon dynamics.
    7) Holism: The holistic perspective of monads could symbolize how quarks, like the monads' interconnections, contribute holistically to the structure and behavior of particles through the strong force interactions.
    em·a·na·tion
    noun
an abstract but perceptible thing that issues or originates from a source.

[2D is not the center of the universe,
0D is the center of the mirror universe]:
The mirror universe theory is based on the concept of parity violation, which was discovered in the 1950s. Parity violation refers to the observation that certain processes in particle physics don't behave the same way when their coordinates are reversed. This discovery led to the idea that there might be a mirror image of our universe where particles and their properties are flipped.
In this mirror universe, the fundamental particles that make up matter, such as electrons, protons, and neutrinos, would have their charges reversed. For example, in our universe, electrons have a negative charge, but in the mirror universe, they might have a positive charge.
Furthermore, another aspect of the mirror universe theory involves chirality, which refers to the property of particles behaving differently from their mirror images. In our universe, particles have a certain handedness or chirality, but in the mirror universe, this chirality could be reversed.
Quantum mechanics is more compatible with Leibniz's relational view of the universe than Newton's absolute view of the universe.
In Newton's absolute view, space and time are absolute and independent entities that exist on their own, independent of the objects and events that take place within them. This view implies that there is a privileged observer who can observe the universe from a neutral and objective perspective.
On the other hand, Leibniz's relational view holds that space and time are not absolute, but are instead relational concepts that are defined by the relationships between objects and events in the universe. This view implies that there is no privileged observer and that observations are always made from a particular point of view.
Quantum mechanics is more compatible with the relational view because it emphasizes the role of observers and the context of measurement in determining the properties of particles. In quantum mechanics, the properties of particles are not absolute, but are instead defined by their relationships with other particles and the measuring apparatus. This means that observations are always made from a particular point of view and that there is no neutral and objective perspective.
Overall, quantum mechanics suggests that the universe is fundamentally relational rather than absolute, and is therefore more compatible with Leibniz's relational view than Newton's absolute view.
What are the two kinds of truth according to Leibniz?
There are two kinds of truths, those of reasoning and those of fact. Truths of fact are contingent and their opposite is possible. Truths of reasoning are necessary and their opposite is impossible.
What is the difference between Newton and Leibniz calculus?
      Newton's calculus is about functions.
Leibniz's calculus is about relations defined by constraints.
In Newton's calculus, there is (what would now be called) a limit built into every operation.
In Leibniz's calculus, the limit is a separate operation.
What are the arguments against Leibniz?
Critics of Leibniz argue that the world contains an amount of suffering too great to permit belief in philosophical optimism. The claim that we live in the best of all possible worlds drew scorn most notably from Voltaire, who lampooned it in his comic novella Candide.

I grew up as an overly curious, anxious child who still managed to be naive & optimistic. I questioned every evil or pain I heard or experienced, letting my expectations of bad turn into an extreme. At 9-10 years old, I convinced myself that I had to hide the abuse I experienced, I hid self harm, I didn't truly trust anyone after someone I thought could have all my trust slowly manipulated my trust into a weapon. My curious, damaged mind started to view the worst events we're aware of not anything close to the worst. Even now I'm unable to view things for positive change. Since then, other people in my family who I truly loved passed- but It wasnt as bad for me in compromising to my other pain. Same goes for anything else really, anything could happen and its not as bad. Theres a beauty even in that darkness, that release or lost of fear that “something terrible will haopen and I cannot handle it” because u know you’ve already been through the worst. A freedom that comes with accepting rock bottom and not resisting. Thats when the birth process starts; with every death (death of innocence, death of old self/ healing traumas, death of loved ones) theres a birth ♾ and its our choice to allow it to take place OR resist it and stay in the fear. I already been thought the death, might as well allow the birth of whats to come.

i remember reading the egg theory on an instagram post of a tumblr blog, and it absolutely blew my mind, i was chuckling thinking about the post for minutes after i read it, to the point that my family thought i was growing crazy. it kicked off my love for interesting philosophical theories, and is a part of the reason im watching this video right now.

I always found it to be literally retarded but I’ve been reading and practicing real philosophy for many years

I would say that nostalgia is an important part of reproduction and nurturing. In wanting to remake the happy childhood memories, you revisit places that will create good memories for your children. It also encourages good parenting for the same reasons. It's a key empathy that transcends the generations. Human nature comes with that urge to want to share what made us happy... or even sad, sometimes.

The fundamental desire to be understood can be the underlying factor in wanting to share. Because if the person you are sharing with has the same reaction it will tighten your bond and give you a better sense of belonging from being understood.
I think the core aspect of every "non-survival mode" desire is just wanting to be understood or wanting to understand others, and from that comes the strengthened bond or reassurances and whathaveyou,

@@MrNecryptic I would still argue that wanting to be understood is an aspect of survival. If you belong you are more protected.

Thank you for your great video. You are an oasis of thinking amongst rubbish ideas and trends. I hope there are many people listening or viewing your qualitative work.
