Yamaha R1 overheats!!!!

A quick video into the small repair i did today with some extra info on Purple Bike. She's an 04 Yamaha R1, and she'll be getting lots and lots of love this winter!

What year is it and what was the speedometer healer and that sevo thing do and for thanks

2005. Speedo healer is a plug in module that corrects the speedometer from factory to exact speed. Servo buddy is a delete kit for the exhaust servo valve

if you take it to the track where a sportbike belongs then it wont overheat. dont buy a sportbike if ur not going to track it every weekend

It was low on coolant and a main coolant pipe was leaking lmao. Doesn't have to be taken to the track. By that logic, theres no reason to buy anything sporty if you're just gonna be daily driving it.

Also, with a leaking coolant pipe, it would most definitely overheat while spraying coolant all over the bike and track so 👌
