Thanks for allowing me to “collab” with you Steve! It was really nice meeting you in person! Steve is a GREAT guy and has been super helpful to me and my channel. I’m going to head back to Green Acres and do a quick video on Ed Beauvais, the founder of America West Airlines, in that interesting mausoleum you showed me! Thanks again Steve and safe travels, my friend!
I loved that Buck Rodgers from the 1970’s had an episode where Buster Crabbe played a cameo as Captain Gordon. Having watched the serials on PBS as a little kid in the 60’s, I thought it was so cool!
Absolutely..Devour Crabbe!!!! I wholeheartedly thank you ...since I waited and wondered when my Crabbe's earthy remains resting place would be included in... any.."..grave-ers " channel!!!:* Darling Steve ,YOU are the first!!!! Hooooray!!
When I was a teenager in the late sixties/early seventies here in the SF Bay Area, we had a local tv show, "Creature Features" hosted by Bob Wilkins (a local tv legend) , and Buster Crabbe, then a relatively old man, visited the show a few times....he was a funny, down to earth person. A treat to watch and listen to him.
Yes I did see Buster Crabbe in the old cereals Flash Gordon and The last thing I saw him in was Buck Rogers in the 25th century playing one of there fighter pilots that was his last row I believe Good job Steve as always
Tarzan, Flash Gordon, and Buck Rogers! My first exposure to Buster Crabbe was Captain Gallant of the Foreign Legion. Buster also starred in a series of westerns portraying a heroic version of Billy the Kid. Yes, I'm a Buster Crabbe fan. I could on. Thanks for the video.
I used to love watching the old "Flash Gordon" serials on TV every Sunday morning when I was a boy. I knew who Buster Crabbe was because he lived to quite a nice age and would regularly appear on Tv and in commercials. Congrats on your five year anniversary Steve. Cheers!
Thanks Steve I've heard of him I never got to see him but I heard of him you take care and God bless and have a wonderful Sunday or whatever day that was
Thanks Steve for turning me on to Cary's channel, now subscribed, always like meeting another Taphophile and the history they bring our way. Not familiar with Buster Crabbe's version of Tarzan, Johnny Weissmuller was mine. Love learning new things, cheers Dan and Bill, have a great week coming! 5 years incredible, here's to the next 5 :)
Congratulations on your five year anniversary Steve. You and your videos are so very much appreciated. Thank you for all you do, my friend. Blessings - Judith 🎭🎵
Thank you for sharing your video nice to meet your new friend I live in Tucson Arizona and I lived in Phoenix along time but I hope you are doing well it's getting hot here in AZ so stay Cool 😎
That is so different. I have not ever seen a raised floor area and a boxed off area for lowering the remains down for interrment. I would not have been able to figure that out that under the floor is a mausoleum. Thank you for doing this video. Very unusual.
That's an interesting place in Arizona Buster Crabbe .Heard that name when I was little .Have a safe and fun trip .Always enjoy everyone of your videos .❤️🙏
Steve - congratulations on five years as a YouTubber! I really enjoy your channel, for I am a fellow cemetery explorer as well. I can spend hours searching through various gardens of stone, totally immersed in examining people's final resting places. I wish for the best of luck in the future. Keep up the good work!
Another awesome collaborative video. We enjoy watching Steve team up with other UA-camrs. These collaborative efforts provide insights into Steve and his colleagues (as well as the video topic) that aren't always available when done solo.
Hi Steve, Congrats on 5 Years! I Remember Actor Buster Crabbe, years ago. He also did a Show as a Host or he did Commercials for joint cream. Rip Mr. Buster, Steve loved the video, and say Hi to Cary in Phoenix Arizona.
Wow! What a treat. Seeing where the great Buster Crabb has been laid to rest. I have to believe his casket or urn is indeed placed there. Thank you Steve for your visiting him and your kind shout out.
Thanks Steve, you helped me win some money. Which I will actually send to you in a few days. I bet Buster Crabb, was one of the first Tarzan's after Elmo(?)
Oh Wow I have been to that cemetery to see Eddie Carreiro a few times but I didn’t know about Buster Crabbe being there so I’m going to have to check that out, thank you so much! I also heard there is a Miss America there but she is in a private area so not accessible that we could see.
Congratulations 🎉🎈🍾🎊 on 5 years. Always enjoy your videos. Informative, and you have a very relaxing demeanor. Keep up the good work. Here’s to another 5 years sir.🥂
Hi Mr. Steve 👋 and congregations on your 5 year anniversary 🍷 You are amazing and thank you so much for sharing your tours. This is one of my highlights of the day when I get a notice that you've uploaded another video. As always, I send you greetings from the great Peach state of Georgia ❤
Thank you, Steve! I remember the name Buster Crabbe but didn’t realize I had watched him on that show about the Foreign Legion as a young child. I had always thought he was a relic from my parents’ generation and that I had never watched him. Very interesting. The crypt looked very different from what I’ve ever seen. Congratulations on your five-year anniversary! You are my favorite UA-cam channel for visiting cemeteries.
Mr. Crabbe was quite a memorable actor, not to mention an Olympic swimming champion. Oh yes, the "Flash Gordon" reruns were HUGELY popular in the 60's. He even held the distinction of playing "Tarzan," which put him in with a very select group of people. I even remember seeing him on game shows, when I was a little kid. Even though his roles became lessor, he stayed active in TV and remained in remarkable physical shape throughout his life.
I just bought a double pack of Flash Gordon and Ming action figures lol. Big yellow box with fold out panels that reveal clear plastic to show the figures.
5 year anniversary. my how time flies by. My grandpa had a Billy The Kid 20 movie pack that starred Buster Crabbe as Billy the Kid I think that they were made in the late 30s maybe early 40s. I believe it had George "Gabby" Hayes in some of them. I know that was in some of Roy Rogers and I think maybe Gene Autry too.
I was born in 1975 in remember the BBC showing Flash Gordon repeats on a Saturday morning in the eighties I love them plus laural and hardy and Harold Lloyd. Memories 🤔
Great job Steve. Its always fun to see the colabs with other you tubers. Hope you are having fun on your trip. Hey congrats on the 5 years and here's to 25 more. You cant retire until you have 30 years in. I think its a rule !! Haha
I used to watch the Flash Gordon serials on television back in the 70s. I also remember Buster Crabbe doing a commercial for an arthritis remedy, though he didn't have arthritis. He admitted it too.
Congrats on 5 years. Glad I discovered your channel. Stay safe out there and here's hoping you will keep on keeping us informed and entertained for many years!
Auntie appeared w/ BC in one of her final feature films, "Arizona Raiders", a flick which seems to be very popular amongst the recent crop of filmmakers (whatever their particular style is referred to as). Apparently there are certain forms of burial (including ground) where there are crypts which may have access away from the immediate site so it wouldn't appear that an interment could have occurred there (e.g., @ the FLs).
Happy 5th Anniversary, Steve! I love your channel! You mentioned that some people don't want memorials. My wish is to be buried and I have designed my headstone but it won't have my name and info on it. Instead it will be a final praise to Jesus. It isn't important to me that people remember me but it is of great importance that they remember Him. God bless!
Thanks for allowing me to “collab” with you Steve! It was really nice meeting you in person!

I didn’t know Buster Crabbe played Tarzan.
Buster Cràbbe also played Buck Rogers in the 1939 serial by the same name.
