for some reason I don't have brush number 45
Open the Brush Settings menu (top - right) and click "Legacy Brushes" to restore.

no presets atm, but may have some coming

How do you put the car in a different layer?
jon lo hi there just use the pen or lasso tool to cut the car out from the original layer
