Highway Hijinks indeed. Pacifica City Council refused to have public forums on the proposed widening of Highway 1, and the City Council still refuses, one way or another

Put the proposed widening on the public ballot: let the people decide, not the very few folk who have the time to participate in outreach programs. Most of the public does not want the widening: let them vote.

It's all going to be underwater in a few years, anyway. Elevating the highway is the only thing that makes sense.
