Get up and MOVE for your own sake

    Are we managing health by medicines or managing just the symptoms with medicines.But then how do we cure any disease? And may be thats why all chronic ailments are life long . Because we are not treating them but just the symptoms.
    Hence, please understand and adopt a healthier lifestyle as that's the only possible way to fix the root cause .
    ✅️ Few reminders here
    - keep up on hydration
    - get 8 hours of night sleep
    - eat balanced home cooked simple meals
    - try not to sit in 1 place for more than 30 - 45 minutes
    - do brisk walking, jogging, exercises, yoga on different days of the week....a 30-minute stroll after lunch or dinner is not enough.
    - be mindful of your thoughts , talk about events and projects, and avoid discussing people ( that's the most draining activity)
    - watch or read knowledgeable or humorous content . Avoid excessive emotional content. Your emotions and behavior should be driven by your thoughts and who you are , not some creative content created by others, who are actually getting paid to act in a certain way.
